Got a Groupon for general cleaning and roof inspection. After a thorough review, he came back down to show me photos of the situation up there. We had a vine totally growing over the eaves, so he removed that and installed new brackets to reattach and secure the eaves for many many years to come. I saw a groupon deal for a Gutter cleaning with a roof safety inspection and since we have a Pine tree that constantly drops needles into the gutter. I went ahead and bought the voucher. I called to book an appointment and my call was returned within the hour and had set up an appointment. They did a great and quick job and had suggested some extra roof work . He gave me a great price and went ahead and finished it that day.

My roof above my garage was leaking and I was shopping around for roof repair companies. I came across Home Pro and I decided to get a free estimate on how much the work would cost. After a technician came, inspected the issue and provided me an estimate, I advised them that I will call them back after I get a few more quotes. I did end up using Home Pro’s services, their price was very competitive, and the completed work was exactly what they said they would do. I would recommend anyone who is looking for companies that do roof repairs, to choose Home Pro.

I hired Home Pro Exteriors for an eavestrough cleaning deal through a Groupon deal. I booked a morning-to-noon appointment. The cleaner/rep did not show up on time so I called their office who said he was running late but promised a time in the afternoon but would call an hour before arrival. I had to call their office twice when the rep blew through two of promised delayed times. The office did not even bother to call me to tell me how late the rep would be or to check up on the appointment. In fact, the Toronto office closed shop and went home before the rep showed up to the door. I called their main office but they had no way to contact the rep and no one was at the Toronto office to cancel the appointment.

The rep eventually showed up 9 hours late without calling. I asked him to go home. Saving money through Groupon is one thing but not at the cost of horrible customer service. I wasted a day for about $20-30 savings. Not worth it.
