I needed to replace a large furnace and add AC to the new system. Brent the owner was the most knowledgeable and responsive of the 3 companies I contacted. When he visited to do the estimate he raised things that the others didn’t and gave very detailed solid advice. He knows his stuff.
Christian and the install team were amazing; a high quality job, completed in one very long day (they stayed really late so that they wouldn’t inconvenience me the next day).
A couple of weeks later I had a teething trouble and Christian came the same day to fix it. Great customer service.
The City issued certificates for both the gas and electrics, it’s clear the City doesn’t worry when it’s a Shift Air installation.
I now have a quiet efficient furnace, amazing AC in the summer, and a top-of-the-range WiFi connected thermostat so that I can control the system from anywhere in the world.
Their bill was exactly as quoted, they did not gouge me for any extras.
Brent and his guys seem really busy (which is a good sign I suppose) but they are very responsive and I am delighted I chose them.

We bought 2 Air conditioning units from Shift. Great price but even better was the install. The installers showed up at our house exactly on time (which is rare and appreciated) they were courteous and while working our family forgot they were there because they were so quiet. They cleaned up our mechanical room like nothing was done. Excellent experience and we would highly recommend Shift!

We recently had a York Air Conditioner installed in our new construction home and decided to go with Shift Air after interviewing a number of other heating and air-con companies. We are so glad we did. This was hands down, the most satisfying experience we have experienced with a contractor since moving to Calgary in 2007. Top notch professionalism and very fair pricing makes ShiftAir a no brainer. Staff showed up on time, were very courteous and respectful.
At no time did we wonder if we were getting a good deal or not, nor did we feel as if the job would be completed correctly. No shortcuts were taken and the job turned out absolutely perfect.

Very happy with the product and the installation. Brent explained everything when providing the free quote and was more knowledgeable than other vendors I spoke with. Conformed install with my condo bylaws and explained how to use A/C after. Will reccomend Shift Air to anyone.

Installed a new ac unit in the house and was done efficiently and on time. Only comment would have to do with the new thermostats installed and how there was a bit of repair work left for us but all in all very happy.

I had a estimate completed by Brent who beat Arpi, Advan Pro, Home Depot and lowes not just in price but in the quality and power of the unit, both coil and condenser. Team of 3 showed up on time on date agreed and carried out the install fast and treated my house with respect, install was completed in just over 4 hrs. Guys showed me how it all worked and where fuse was installed. City came out to finalize the permit and was done in 5 mins and said work was a high standard. Would recommend and will have Shift Air back for Any future needs with my HVAC system.

I am very impressed with the work done at my home. After my air conditioning was installed I went downstairs and it was like no one had even been there. The installers were courteous and explained everything very well post install. Super happy with Shift Air and if I had the option of giving them more stars I would.
