His professionalism and knowledge of the services he offered was evident from the first time we spoke with him about the installation, to the quote he provided and finally the installation. Brent and crew installed a new 16 Seer York AC unit for me. It was approximately 40' run of cables & refrigerant pipes.

They had previously installed an AC Evaporator Coil, and Thermostat for me last fall when they did my furnace, so I did not require that as part of this job.

They have good pricing, good equipment, do good work, show up on time and are friendly and respectful.

I had Shift Air install a new high efficiency furnace a few months back and the work was done extremely well. The workers were very curteous and they completed the work in less time that they quoted us. The furnace has ran great since and i would highly recommend them for anyones heating and or cooling needs.

Brent came and installed a new furnace for us this past winter and was professional and knowledgeable. We were so happy with Brent that we have him coming back in April to install and air conditioner.

Our furnace has been blowing cold air for days. He reset the limit but didn't really fix the problem, the furnace was still blowing cold air. I called him hours after he left and informed him that it was still cold air coming out. He could not come back on the same day and told us to call him back the next day. We have been living in cold for days, so we called another company instead. He charged us on the day, but he sent the cheque back to us. Although they couldn't fix the problem, his attitude was nice and he followed up on the problem.

Shift Air came and quoted on replacement of our furnace and water heater. The job was completed in a timely fashion with an extra bonus of moving our water heater to a more appropriate spot in our mechanical room. Job well done!
