The Eavestrough Company recently came to replace the existing eavestroughs and shutters on my home. From the initial visit to provide the estimate, to the completion of the job; I found this a very satisfactory experience.
The workmen on site were highly professional. They were more than willing to address any questions I had. The installation was performed efficiently and effectively. They also very thorough cleaning up the job site, upon completion of their work.
I would not hesitate in recommending The Eavestrough Company to others.

I'd give this company a score higher than 10 if I could! The Eavestrough Company just finished installing new eaves, soffits and fascia on our house. It was a complex job with awkward angles and heights. The two teams of guys were friendly, they worked hard, even in weather that wasn't ideal and left our property in the same condition it was before they started. I'm very satisfied with the service provided by The Eavestrough Company - from the initial quote to payment of the final invoice.
They showed up for all appointments and completed the installation as promised and on time.
Faye provided an extra level of personal service throughout the entire process, and the 3-man installation crew were professional and courteous (Marin and crew).
Also, from a cost perspective, very competitive in relation to other "big" names in the Burlington area.
The new system hasn't been put to the true test yet - Rain - but I don't foresee any problems.

Until I finally called The Eavestrough Company, I was very frustrated with how hard it was to hire a company to do a pretty straightforward job. Calls were not returned, one company was a no show..others too busy. The Eavestrough Company did Not make promises they couldnt keep, as they were also very busy, but in the end went above and beyond to get the job done in a timely, professional manner! They showed up on time, and did a great job! My elderly step Dad needed the job done asap, and they came through for him! Probably one of the easiest and best home reno experiences I've had. From the initial estimate by Wendell (no deposit requested, very competent and knowledgeable), to dealing with office staff (friendly and helpful) to the installation by a three man crew who installed all new troughs and downspouts. The workmanship and materials are top notch, and the crew was extremely helpful in offering suggestions and ideas on how to get the most out of the new system, and went out of their way to add a few extras. When the work was complete, they cleaned everything up as promised. Very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

I needed the eavestrough, soffit and fascia replaced and Wendell was very thorough when providing this quote. He also offered suggestions and recommendations for work we were thinking of doing in the carport.
The office (Faye) worked around my schedule and provided a date that worked best for me and I was elated with the quick turnaround time.
The workers (Jas, Joe 1 and Joe 2) were an awesome group of guys. They addressed any concerns I had, kept me abreast of the work being done and confirmed details about positioning of the downspouts with me. Cleanup of all debris was top notch.
