Hugo failed to keep his word on a 3wk timeframe for a new kitchen. Instead it took 6mths for an incomplete kitchen, absolute poor workmanship. Do not trust or hire him or his associates to provide services and materials.My wife almost got hurt after a shelf collapse. It has been the worst and most stressful experience. We ended up firing and terminating the contract after giving him plenty of chances to complete the project.

Hugo is a caring and trustworthy professional who run this great family owned company.
Hugo designed our kitchen and was very involved all the way to the installation of the project!
We will definitely be contacting PerfectaKitchens for our next project.

We are extremely disappointed in Hugo's customer service. Our kitchen was installed over a year ago and we are still waiting for damaged material to be replaced. We have attempted to contact him numerous times and he never calls us back. I am not one to normally post reviews but I suppose our desperation got the better of us. If you are considering using Perfecta for your project I urge you to look elsewhere.

Perfecta kitchen provides custom kitchen solutions at reasonable prices. Hugo is the sole owner of this business and is primarily responsible for customer service and client satisfaction.Hugo is very approachable most of the time but not always.

Hugo and his team were fantastic to deal with. They are responsive, understanding, and very customer focused. Hugo went out of his way to find the exact sink and accessories that we wanted for our kitchen add-on. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and it looks great! Hugo was quick to resolve and fix a few minor misunderstandings between us (that are very typical for a project like this). The real test of a good contractor in my mind is how misunderstandings/oversights by either party are worked out - Hugo got an A+. The installation was done efficiently over 2 days, the sub trades he arranged all arrived on time and did great work. We have already recommended Perfecta Kitchens to one friend and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
