I am going to keep this review brief, but just trust me when I say that you want to do business with Tony and Straight Up Masonry.

Tony and his employees are polite, punctual and professional.

After doing a great job rebuilding my chimney there was a leak coming from another part of my roof. I emailed Tony to ask his advice. Within 1 hour, I received an email and a phone call from Tony. At no extra charge, he sent someone to check out my roof that day and help me out. They nailed down some loose shingles and gave me advice on next steps.

Anyway, I was just really impressed with Straight Up Masonry and will absolutely use them again if ever needed.

The Straight Up Masonry crew came in to build the foundation walls for a new basement entrance. They were on time and professional and the work was completed to the satisfaction of both the contractor and the city inspectors. The site was thoroughly cleaned up once they were done. Great company that I highly recommend.

This review is long overdue but well worth the effort to write! We had the Straight Up Masonry team rebuild our chimney last September. From quote, ongoing communication (we had to request a reschedule), to having the job done - the experience and result was fantastic. Both the supervisor and the folks completing the work were personable and professional. It took about 1.5 days to complete the work and they left the property where they'd been working spotless. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend these folks for a chimney rebuild. Not the most expensive quote, not the least expensive quote either - but the results are well worth it - our chimney looks fantastic - thank you!

I had some brickwork and parging repaired on the outside of my home and garage. Tony was quick in scheduling and preparing an estimate. On the day the work was completed, the team was polite, professional and did a great job. They had to work around some scaffolding in my front yard, which must have been tricky. When the scaffolding came down, I asked for touch ups in that area. The team came back out quickly and addressed my request. No questions asked. I would definitely recommend this company and I intend to use them again in the future.

I hired Straight up Masonry to rebuild my chimney last fall (2015). Tony came out to give me a quote and the price was very competitive and reasonable against other companies that I also considered. Crystal communicated with me every step of the way to let me know how the job would proceed. We were not able to have the rebuild done last fall due to cold weather, however as soon as we had good temperatures this past spring, Crystal e-mailed me promptly and let me know that we would be able to proceed soon. They guys that came out were professional and polite. It took them about a day and a half to complete the job and they were great about not leaving any mess on site. Due to impending rain, they covered the chimney overnight to let it dry and came back the next day to finish the job. I could tell that they took great pride in their work and in the end they did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone needing chimney services.

From the initial contact to the completion of the work, Tony and Crystal Devlin are responsive, friendly yet professional. I was able to make an appointment for the quote immediately, and I received the written quote immediately (same day). Once the work was scheduled, there were emails to confirm the date. The crew was also very easy to work with - respectful and friendly. The work was done well, and they cleaned up afterwards.

I love leaving reviews for great companies and Straight up Masonary is deffitely is an amazing company to do business with. The work was completed in less time than we expected. Considering the nature of the work it was not as disruptive as we expected. The work was done well and with care. I found the workmen to be responsive to my inquiries and concerns. Finally, I have found you never have to ask Tony twice. His follow up is great as is his attention to details.

The initial repair worked turned into a complete rebuild. Straight up masonry was able to add the extra work to the original scope and complete it on time and for the agreed price. Excellent workmanship and professionalism. Definitely will be hiring them again and again.

Straight Up Masonry did an incredible job on our front porch! Tony, Crystal, Dom and the team were very friendly, professional and accommodating. The work was done effectively and with minimal disturbance to the neighbours and property. We've had many great compliments and comments on our porch. I would highly recommend Straight Up Masonry!
