This is a great moving company. Compared to the very expensive companies out there who charge you enormous amount and give the same service, I recommend we-haul to anyone who needs a professional service for a great price. Very good service and smiling faces. Can stay relaxed while they are on road with the household.

Moved with them from Ottawa to Toronto and ending up having to sue them. They sent a truck that was too small and could not fit all our stuff, despite us sending a detailed description. They dropped a box and broke a bunch of our things. Then they refused to make a claim to their insurer or reimburse us for the damage. I have now brought a lawsuit against this company, which to date they have ignored. They broke our printer, chipped an irreplaceable crystal vase, broke a frog vase, broke a platter, killed our tree, chipped our bookcase, lost items, chipped our outdoor table, etc. BE CAREFUL. This company does not take responsibility for damages they cause.

Fantastic services. I highly recommend this company. They are very hardworking and are very knowledgeable about size of truck needed and how to move items. They are very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.

These guys are phenomenal and the hardest working movers I’ve seen. Javier was so nice and easy to work with as well! I had to move out of my house and store my belongings on the truck overnight. Everything was kept locked and they arrived earlier than expected both days!

I called and spoke to Javier on Wednesday about having some appliances moved from the west end to 2 separate addresses in the east end of the city. I let him know I was hoping to have this done this week. He was able to squeeze me into the schedule for Friday. On delivery day I was called and given a window that the guys would arrive. They were on time, professional and clean. Once the appliances were picked up they called to let me know they were on their way. Once the job was completed the final cost was the same as the original quote.

Javier and Tito did an excellent job moving us from North York to Markham. They were on time, polite, professional, and most importantly, very fast. We had a lot of stairs at both locations but they didn't let this slow them down at all. Their price is very reasonable and I was very satisfied overall with the job.

Javier and his team made my moving before my renovation a bliss. I really recommend calling them for any type of moving services. They came on time and were very efficient and helpful.

We booked We-Haul to remove building waste from our bathroom renovation. Mark was very helpful and provided all the necessary information. The cost was very reasonable and the service was excellent - the crew arrived promptly, called to tell us when they expected to arrive, and they did an amazing job of removing the debris and cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend this company to others who need to have building waste (or any other debris) removed.
