I called Extreme (Rick) and he came by the next day to provide a quote. Rick and crew came as discussed, did the job as agreed, and it cost as we planned. I am very satisfied with the work, and the design. I will certainly look to hire Extreme again in the new year for my upcoming projects. Rick and crew were very professional, and on point with estimates, and job.

I called Rick regarding a smaller project that few other contractors would touch...not a large enough project I was told. Rick came within a day to give me a quote and a date for completion.He was fair and honest and he and his employees did a fabulous job and it was completed on time. Rick Zippoli and his crew of Extreme Landscaping & Property Maintenance did a beautiful job landscaping our backyard and creating a fabulous new porch out of stone leading up to our front door. After the terrible ice storms this past winter, we lost 2 huge trees in the back so our yard looked sad and empty. Rick and his crew came in and created a beautiful oasis for us with various perennials and trees defining our new garden. The front porch had old railway ties and interlock brick and the upper level had a smooth gray indoor tile that wasn't suited for outdoor use. Rick and his crew installed a beautiful grey rustic brick that defines our front door giving it great curb appeal! We're so happy with their quality workmanship and I would highly recommend them for any job, large or small. They are professional, courteous, artistic, and clean as they hosed down all the dirt and debris at the end of each day. Thank you Rick for making our backyard and front entrance beautiful!!!

From the first contact with Rick in the winter time when sourcing quotes it has been a pleasure to deal with Extreme Landscaping. Rick was quick to respond to enquiries and was able to tweak his design and price to suit our needs. Rick and his crew worked diligently along with other trades for electrical, sprinkler system and Hot tub installation. Rick was always gracious when responding to any questions or concerns that may have arisen with the job and was diligent in following up to make sure the project was finished on time and well. We first found Rick three years ago, through HomeStars, when we needed some help to clean up our front garden and landscaping. When we came to talk to us, we asked him about our backyard. After years of avoiding our very plain backyard, we knew we needed some help. Rick and his crew did a great job cleaning up the front yard. Rick then helped us plan the backyard patio and garden we wanted (a very flowing design in a triangular back yard in the Trelawny cul-de-sac neighbourhood).He gave us great advice and a number of options and accurate estimates of costs. The job was done efficiently without complications by a very friendly and considerate work crew.. For years, we avoided our backyard. Now, we look forward to sitting outside every night (weather permitting!) thanks to Rick and his crew. This spring, we decided to refurbish our 20+ old front yard landscaping and brick driveway. Most of our shrubbery had died from the cold 2013-2014 winter and our driveway had sunk over the years. Rick had a good plan, salvaged our best bushes and tree, and built on the same footprint to keep the costs down. Again, an excellent job. His crew worked efficiently and skillfully. All new lights and shrubbery and a great new driveway. See pictures attached. The total cost for the front yard was about $16K, because of all the stonework and the earlier back yard was about $12K for the stone work and the new back garden. Bottom line: You can't go wrong with Rick and company.

Contacted Rick as we were going to do the yard work ourselves but couldn't find enough time. We wanted a well don job and ASAP as we had already had the mulch delivered and it was taking up our driveway. Rick and his crew were busy this time of year (a good sign of a good company) but fit us in within a week. We are really pleased with the quality of work, the time it took and I can't say enough about the clean up afterward- who knew we had 9 yards of black mulch sitting on our driveway! Thanks to the crew that made this happen. Will be looking for a quote for pavers to finish the back yard!

We can't say enough about the amazing job that Rick and his crew did with our property. The job involved creating a 450 sq. ft. interlock patio at the back of our house, asphalt paved driveway with interlock border, replanting 2 trees in the front yard, reshaping and rebuilding / mulching a number of large flower beds and re-sodding 1200+ sq ft of lawn. We had a number of companies look at the project and Rick came in with the most reasonable quote. Being such a large job for us, his initial and on-going input was instrumental in refining and shaping the overall vision that we had for the property. Both he and his crews were a pleasure to deal with at all stages. The quality of their work is outstanding! Thanks Rick and team for helping us to create our outdoor oasis.
