Dry Worx Basement Waterproofing

Ok I had 2 leaks in my basement one was in an unfinished area of my basement so i could see exactly what was goin on there was a crack in the wall. The other leak was in the finished area that i could not see I just assumed it was another crack. Of the companies i called only two would come out for an in home estimate. David showed up for the estimate on time and within 5 minutes showed me where the other crack was .It was cracked from the corner of the window down, which is why I couldnt see it above the ground like I could the other one. Dave climbed in my window well and pulled back some gravel so I could see and explained that he is not a phsycic and that this is the most common spot for foundations to crack. My basement is my sanctuary and I have spent a fortune making it a beautiful space. It was decided to fix the crack in the unfinished area by an injection and the one in the finished area would be done from the outside for the simple reason I did not want to disturb the finished area. On the day of the repair Dave and Jay showed up at 8 am as agreed upon .Dave went inside to inject the crack and jay laid out tarps and plywood to protect my neighbors property from the barrage of flyin dirt that was about take place,this Jay guy can dig. So Jay looks busy I go inside to see how the injection is goin. Dave is workin hard but takes the time to explain every step and why it is so important that none of the steps be skipped. It takes about 2 hours to complete the injection which seems to have went well, there is resin expanding from the crack from floor to ceiling as well its coming outside from the portion of crack that can be seen above ground. Now back outside both Jay and Dave work together to complete the outside repair again making sure to inform me on each step along the way ,they work well together and seem to enjoy this brutally labour intensive work .This company impressed me so much I'd give them an 11 if I could .There has not been a single drop of water in my basement since the repair was done in the fall of 09. From inside or out these guys really care and are very good at what they do, I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends, family or anyone who reads this. Thanks Dave and Jay for a job done well. Dry worx did a great job fixing a crack in my basement wall .They were on time ,clean and very informative .This crack used to leak during every rainfall , I am pleased to say its rained quite hard a couple of times since the repair and it does'nt leak anymore . Great job .

I was planning to finish my basement and found three foundation cracks that would need to be repaired before we could even think about starting construction .I called a few companies of which only Dryworx would come out to have a look .Their technichan explained how they would go about injecting the cracks and provided me a written estimate .Well I decided to use Dryworx because their technican seemed to know his stuff and was quite confident in his abilities in the injection process(which is quite an amazing thing to watch ) , the price was fair and the work was backed by a lifetime warranty .I was instructed by the technican to test the cracks with my hose before finishing the basement to ensure that there was no problems while the cracks were still accessible.After testing the cracks myself and a couple of good rainfalls there is no water in my basement so i feel confident in starting construction .
