My family was looking to do a full replacement of roof shingles for our detached home, given that it was 15 years old. Key criteria included good quality, customer service, professionalism, transparency and competitive price. We were also interested in attic insulation as per applicable building codes. After doing research, we decided to engage Roof of Homes. We are very pleased with our decision!

Danny took the time to:
1. do a proper inspection
2. explain current state
3. focus on what’s relevant and of value
4. transparently explain his company’s credentials (quality, certifications etc.)

His quote was competitive and Roof on Homes’ credentials are excellent. True to what their website says, Danny and his staff are professional, ethical and knowledgeable. We had a signed written contract and work scope. The work was executed in June and was consistent with what was agreed, including removal of debris. Worksmanship is fabulous and in line with shingle manufacturer’s installation guidelines. Special shout out to the site supervisor (DJ) – very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful.

Given high quality shingle and great workmanship, my family has peace of mind and believe this is a sound investment. Danny provided warranty documents as promised. Without hesitation, I strongly recommend Roof on Homes’ services!

As my current roof is 19 years old, i thought it may be time to re-shingle and called Roofs on Homes for an estimate. Danny arrived on time and after climbing on the roof to inspect, informed me that my roof was still in good condition, and can call them back in a couple years. I find Danny's honesty super impressive and Roofs on Homes will have my business next time I need a roof for sure.

These guys are as professional as you can get. Danny and his team did the roofing and Manny any his team did the aluminum work. I watched the entire install and every member of each team treated my property as well as, if not better than I would have myself. My main concern was my new driveway and it wasn’t scratched. Danny and Manny are extremely knowledgeable on they way all the aspects of a roofing system work together. Danny was provided me with numerous options for me to chose from that best suited my need for longevity and fit my budget. I knew I wouldn’t go with IKO shingles ever again as their 25-year shingles lasted 11. I chose the CertainTeed Landmark Limited Lifetime Shingle. Roof’s on Homes workmanship is also excellent. With my last roofing job, the flashing popped up within a year as they nailed it back using the same nail holes. This was fixed this as well as the spongy boards also identified last time. Manny replaced my eavestrough hangers to the most up-to-date style at no charge. Instead of looking up at my roof and swearing, now I look up and smile.

Chuck came by at the scheduled time and did a thorough inspection of our roof which I'm glad he did because it turns out we had more loose shingles than what we could see from the ground. Fixed everything up for us!

I was impressed with Danny's detailed quote and inspection of the roof which uncovered other issues. In the attic it was noted that increased ventilation required opening vents and an insulated pipe for exhaust was needed. Before the roof could be replaced due to the inclement weather, some tiles had further damage. The company immediately came and repaired the area to prevent water damage until roof replacement could take place. During the 2 days it took to replace, the team cleaned up taking away garbage and ensuring there were no nails around. The service team were professional and worked hard to get the job done despite the unseasonable weather.
