I was looking for a contractor that would finish the work in a short amount of time and I wanted to make sure they would finish the job without taking my money. I could not speak more highly of finished basements. Their service from start to finish was excellent, the workers respected my house and did not leave the washroom or floors in a mess. The best part about the job was that they kept me in the loop during every stage and they adhered to their timelines, in fact they finished the job early.

Great company to deal with no hidden costs. Were very easy to deal with and had great ideas for our blank canvas of a basement. If anything came up , which was nothing major they were quick to discuss and solve. All the crews were easy to work with friendly and knowledgeable. The process was pretty straightforward and lots of choices available of quality materials. Job was completed on time appreciate the hard work great design and awesome finished product

We went with this team because of the other great recommendations on Homestars. Our first encounter was with Joe in 2019 but then covid happened. We called again this year in March and met Joe again! He remembered us which was very nice and overall he is amazing from the estimate being accurate to end of project answering my non stop questions! Once agreed upon estimate we got to meet Igor who is such a gentleman and beyond expert in his field. He did a sketch of the basement and taping and sent it to team. We did our visit to the showroom a few days after and we met Natalie. Very nice lady and she even had toys ready for my kids. She was also really patient with us noting our children are autistic and were all over the place! Thank you Natalie! Youre a gem! The work started on April 6 and the guys were gone on April 17! COMPLETE BASEMENT RENOVATION. 1000sft, we added a bathroom with a shower, separate home theatre room and large open space area. Our basement looks amazing and we absolutely love ittttt!!! If I were to note any issues or things for improvement, they dont accept e-transfers, so going to the bank for drafts as I had no cheques was a hassle and although the clean up was very good, they didnt clean up the furnace are which was covered in dust but I did clean it myself which was no problem. They are an amazing team and theyre attention to detail is impeccable. I have recommended them to all our friends and family!

Complete basement renovation made easy. From start to finish they were wonderful to work with. They listened to what we wanted, made helpful suggestions and completed the job in 3 weeks. They made the whole process hassle free and the quality of their workmanship is terrific. Our project included creation of a bedroom, 3 piece bathroom, gym, storage, wet-bar, home theatre feature wall, fireplace, and refinishing of stairs. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Wonderful family-owned business.
