We short listed three companies based on their home star rating. All our interactions with the everyone in the company were amazing. From Kyle the salesperson who answered all our questions and completely explained the process, to Natalie who helped us select the finishes, to every person who worked on the project. They started framing on a Thursday morning and the entire job was completed on budget two weeks later at 4 pm on the Thursday. The disruption to our lives was minimal. The crews for each stage of the project arrived like clockwork. They cleaned up after themselves and all of them clearly show pride in their workmanship. There were no deficiencies to be fixed when they were done. Everything was perfect. We are so happy with our new basement and can't believe that only 2 weeks ago it was an empty space. I would highly recommend them. Now if only they did kitchen renos as well.

Everything has completed as promised with good craftsmanship. The price is very reasonable with no hidden charges. The entire project is stress free. The crew is professional. We recently had our basement renovated (April 2016) and chose ISM RenoBuilders LTD (finished.basements.ca) to do the job. We made the right choice. The whole process could not have gone any better, from the initial meetings with Vitaliy to discuss project scope, options and costs, to finalizing project design with Igor, to choosing colors and finishing materials with Natalie, and last but most importantly, the very skillful tradesman (the structural crew – framing, drywall, tile, flooring installation, painting, the plumbing and the electrical crews). The final result was a beautiful renovation that included a bright laundry room, a large 3 piece bathroom and a very comfortable family/ TV room. All done expertly and on time as promised.
