Accurate Home Inspection

We used Accurate Home Inspection to perform inspections on two homes near Calgary Alberta. The reports were very detailed and included pictures, explanations of the problems and recommendations for repairs. The report was sent in a timely manner within a day after the inspection. The Inspector was very friendly, patient and more than willing to answer any of our questions. I would recommend Accurate Home Inspection to anyone looking for home inspections in and around the Calgary area.

Although the home we wanted to purchase was only 5 years old we still felt it was important to have the home inspected. Even though the home was built before the real estate boom it was going to be the biggest purchase of our lives and we wanted to be confident that it was of sound workmanship. The home was not 100% and we now know of the problems and could do some of the required upgrades ourselves. Accurate home inspections pointed out the little things a potential buyer could easily overlook and regretfully discover later. We've watched enough "Holmes on Homes" TV episodes of people losing their shirts over a house that looked great to the buyers but was an obvious lemon to an inspector. A couple of hundred dollars for peace of mind on a home worth several hundreds of thousands of dollars makes perfect sense.

Today I had my home inspection and was truly amazed with the service and the level of expertize of the inspector, that I had to post this review right away. The inspector was on time, thorugh, friendly and answered all my questions in detail and to my satisfaction and also giving me more tips on the future care.
