Terra was prompt and efficient. She encouraged us to walk with her through the inspection, provided answers to our questions and additional details through out the house. Upon completion of the inspection, she sat with us to review some of the key points and again offered us the opportunity to ask any questions. The final report is very details, supported with photos and recommendations. We would highly recommend Terra for a house inspection.

Home inspection done by Terri was absolutely top-notch!! She took the time to explain everything very thoroughly, clearly and patiently Moreover, the report was super detailed full of recommendations on what needs immediate care and what we should keep on monitoring in the future.
