Professional she is a professional and thorough individual. Great to work with friendly replies quickly to all requests. Competent owner operator that takes ownership in her work. Has her checklist and doesn't skip a thing, and will answer any extra questions.

The process was great right from the start. The appointment was scheduled easily and Terra was there on time. She provided a folder full of excellent information about home maintenance. Her inspection was thorough and she explained everything while inspecting each room. She is personable and easy to communicate and work with. I would highly recommend her services.
