Gary and Your-Reno-Crew people were great.
They did an excellent job. All work scope was well assessed before starting, so there were not surprises later during the execution.
Gary prepared a detailed Statement of Work and quotation that we could follow as the work progressed. Gary and his Crew were very professional. We were very happy with the job done. I would recommend my friends hiring them.

My husband and I renovated our kitchen this spring. The painter we had come in for a quote recommended the Reno Crew to take up our old floor, remove our old cabinets, install all our new electrical outlets and lighting. They also removed our old appliances and installed the new ones. The reno crew came when they said they would and were very professional. Also the cost was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is needing work done in their home. We will use them again!

Gary and his crew did a fantastic job on my families kitchen Reno. I hired them originally just for the demolition and as the job went on I asked them to do more and more tasks like the back splash/plumbing/ lighting ect. They were busy with other projects but found the time to help me out with mine. I would definitely recommend your Reno crew to friends and family and I will definitely use them in he future. I first hired Your Reno-crew for some office renovations where I work in Langley. Then while upgrading a bathroom at my home, also one of my rental property need some restoration after a carpenter ant infestation. I have 34 years old house, the bathrooms (a full bathroom, a powder/laundry room and a master ensuite) were badly needed to be updated. I called several reno companies to give me a quota, all of them gave me astronomical numbers. Fortunately, I found Gary and Your Reno Crew. They not only did an excellent job, the price is also reasonable. Well done guys! I 110% would recommend them to anyone I know.

We were looking for a contractor to build an in-law suite in the basement of our home. We asked friends who had recent renovations performed on their homes about the contractors that they worked with. Gary and Dave were HIGHLY recommended.

We had a look at the scope of work that Gary and Dave had performed for our friend and we looked at the quality of the finish. We also checked references… the project was large in scope, the quality of finish was first rate and their references were great.

We met with Gary and Dave and were very impressed with their knowledge and the interest that they displayed in interpreting what we wanted to achieve… they asked all of the right questions, right down to the seemingly smallest detail. Gary and Dave came up with a plan that was exactly what we wanted. The plan included a drawing, an overall project cost, and a time line for completion.

Our project was fairly large, around $60K. Many trades were involved, and Gary co-ordinated so that all of the work went smoothly and kept on time. We had a sub-contract designer to help planning the kitchen and bathroom finish and Gary and Dave worked seamlessly with our sub.

All of Gary and Dave’s work was completed on schedule and on budget.

Since the completion of our project, we had an issue with some under counter lighting (2 years later). We contacted Gary and he had Dave come by and fix the problem within one week of us contacting him.

Amazing service… we would most definitely hire Your Reno Crew again!

We bought a 3 year old house and it had mold in the drywall due to an improper window installation and outdoor tap plumbing leak in the pipe from an improper repair. Your Reno Crew did a great job in assessing the problem to ensure we found them all prior to going ahead with the repairs. They did an excellent job and were even flexible about having us do some of the work ourselves to save on cost. I especially like that they check back with you after work is done to ensure you are happy with each stage in the project. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

In 2012 we had a flood in our townhome that took out the lower level. Our relatively new kitchen cabinets were saved yet we did have some lower level damage that was an easy repair. We had previously interviewed Gary Ward (Your Reno Crew) about redoing our master ensuite and now needed someone to manage the renovations caused by the water damage. Gary was again interviewed and a quote recieved. After making our decision we moved out of our home for three weeks and Your Reno Crew went to work. A very lovely end result. Gary had good sources for plumbing fixtures, flooring, paint, and a crew that were dedicated to getting the job done (right and on time). Most appreciative of the end result.

I live out of province but have a rental property in Surrey. I really appreciate Gary's ability to work with me via email and phone while in different time zones. Gary was able to work with my tenant to arrange the work schedule and the crew was able to complete the work on time and under the estimate! Both my tenant and I are very happy with the results.
