House had crumbling exterior brick over several recent years due to
moisture breaking them down. I had been ignoring it until it was obvious that I could not ignore it any longer. Clint, owner of Turnbull Masonry came out, gave an estimate and sent the estimate in writing to me. booked them and the service person who did the work was professional, friendly and thorough. He replaced the crumbling brick with a very close
colour match, and expertly secured them with the mortar. I would recommend this company.

I was able to get a quote and appointment very quickly. Clint was professional and friendly, and the work crew were excellent. Everyone involved took pride in their work, which shows through in the final product. Very pleased with our repaired chimney.

Excellent communication! Everyone with whom I spoke, from the representative who recorded my information to the representative who discussed the project and provided the quote to the workers who completed the project, is down to earth, forthcoming and transparent, receptive and responsive, and simply gives off a good vibe.

Siding removal is not Turnbull's area of expertise, but it accepted the project and completed it to my satisfaction; give or take a few remaining nails in the brick and some wooden strapping that I'll chop up and dispose of in the spring.

While I am satisfied with the tuck pointing, I am particularly pleased with the repair and replacement of bricks. Sills were re-made, damaged bricks were replaced or repaired, and the colour match is perfect.

Although not originally discussed, the workers opted to parge one side of my home, and it looks great! I only wish that the other side had been completed as well.

Overall, I am satisfied with the work that has been completed and would work with Turnbull again.

After viewing the job and providing an estimate, Ron Turnbull sent a two-man team to my home who disassembled my chimney and replaced it in less than a day. They matched the brick perfectly and the results are stellar! They used my backyard hose to mix the required cement.
I have no hesitation in endorsing this company for masonry work.
