The owner, Jon, is extremely professional, organized and knowledgeable with regards to preparing surfaces, paint materials and stains. His prices are very reasonable and he gets the job done on time.

His staff was great. They very meticulous and truly cared about doing a good job. The finished product looked better than we expected. We had a number of other trades on site at the time and he was great about being tidy and coordinating his work with their work.

I have since recommended Encore to numerous friends and family members. I would use them again.

We had all the rooms of our condo painted in bold colours that needed a few coats, plus adding some Ralph Lauren metallic paint for the frames and accent walls. The job was done is a professional manner with very friendly and nice crew. The job was done in the days that they promised and the parts that needed to be redone were taken care of.

We hired Alex and his crew from Encore Painting to completely repaint the exterior of our 1913 era home in the Riverdale area of Toronto. The house had not been repainted in quite some time, and badly needed some TLC - the paint was peeling in many places and it all needed to be scraped off. We found out about Encore from a friends referral, and asked them to come by for an estimate on exterior painting. They promptly replied, arrived at the arranged day/time for the estimate and listened to my comments regarding the work. I had a detailed written estimate in my hands in the next few days that completely outlined the scope of the work, down to the type and brand of paint they planned to use. We scheduled the start date for the work, and the 2-person crew (Paul and Jonathan) arrived on time and ready to start. The works was finished exactly on time and on budget, the crew was very neat and tidy - all the paint chips/flakes were cleaned up at the end of each day, drop cloths were used when necessary and the quality of the work was outstanding. The house looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with the work. Their attention to detail was outstanding and the home looks brand new! I highly recommend Alex and Encore Painting for any home painting work and the next time our home needs exterior painting, I won't hesitate to contact them.

I asked Jon if he could repaint the entire inside of my house within 4 days of asking (two of which were a weekend). It was a tall order. Not only did they get the job done on time, but it was good quality work, and the price was reasonable. He exceeded all my expectations for cost, time, and quality. I highly recommend Encore!

Jon and his team (Paul and other Jon) are outstanding. They painted our house inside, and soon outside, very professionally. Even the fairly effortful job of painting our high popcorn ceiling. Everything was done as we asked and done a day earlier than planned. They covered everything to protect our property, cleaned up perfectly. His pricing is highly competitive and workmanship is terrific. I have met many of his painting crews and they are just superb. If there is an issue, they come back and fix it. I received Jon's company info from a friend and he was very efficient and competitive with his pricing. He was able to have 2 of his crew start the very next week and that was important to me and my family with a baby in the house. They completed the work in 2 days, painting and patching nearly all of the walls in our old home. There are a few details missed such as taking wall sconces off the wall to paint instead of painting around them, but overall good work, friendly team.
