Work quality was fantastic. I needed the job done last minute and Encore delivered. All staff were very easy to deal with and were prompt and professional (especially Greg who did the work, who did a fantastic job, was on-time always and left the place clean afterwards). Extremely pleased with the work and would absolutely use them again.

- emails were addressed right away
- manager was punctual , professional and knowledgeable also checked periodically to see how the work was coming along ( attentive)
- painter was personable , on time , careful and covered everything so there was no overspray. Professional and showed pride in his work. At the end of the day , all was cleaned up and carefully put away not leaving any garbage or a mess!!! He was very attentive to detail and his work was amazing.
- the old and faded siding on our house has gone from drab to looking like it is brand new !!
- neighbours think we have replaced the old siding and put all new siding on !!

Excellent workmanship and great after service follow up. I needed a few touch ups due to some picture hooks that I removed. They returned no charge to touch up. No one does that. I will always use this company to paint. Oh did I mention they were fast and clean.

I hired Jon and his team to complete painting of an entire 2200 sqft home. They had the extra challenge of working while other trades were coming and going as we were wrapping up a full bathroom renovation and electrical upgrade. They were efficient, thorough, detail oriented and were able to deliver on time. The place looked fantastic. Jon and his team were not only professional and accomodating to our tight timelines but they did an amazing job helping to pick the right palette to refresh our main floor hallways, kitchen and living room. The paint job was clean and more importantly the attention to detail in our older home really helped to polish the space.
