Stephen and Linda were amazing. I couldn't find anyone to repair my LG washer and they drove out of their service area to help me out. Not only fixed the problem but gave lots of helpful tips along the way to avoid further problems. Highly recommended.

Very proffesional, attentive staff and in all aspects quite impressive service from Cascade. Came on time, prepered with all the parts needed and done in a timely manner. Steve even recalculated the price after he was able to finish faster then originally thought. You don't see that very often. Not to mention a few valuable tips for future maintenance he and Linda gave us along the way.
Overall, extremely impressed and we would highly recommend this company for the applience repairs.

All igniters of our gas stove keep on clicking when the burners are off. So we contact the company and ask for the quote. They don't just ask for the money, they gave us advise and promised if it still doesn't work, they will come and help. The stove works well after we did what they asked us to do, which saves us money. We feel so grateful for their sincere help. We will use their service next time absolutely.

Had a rusting drain pan in my Kitchen Aid fridge. Steve and Linda came out and gave me a very honest assessment of the issue, and quoted me a price to repair. We agreed, and they ordered the part. The part that was sent to them was incorrect, and so they had to return again to install the correct part. Despite the extra trip (which was Whirlpool's fault, not theirs), they held to their quote. Quick professional service, and a pleasure to deal with. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who needs appliance repairs.

Great experience with Cascade. First, Linda walked me through a few things to try to troubleshoot before Steve came out. After trying what was suggested, I still needed the service call but was very appreciative of her trying to help and save us the money. Steve was able to come by the next day, troubleshoot through the error code before deciding we had to replace the water pump. Both Steve and Linda gave some great tips to extend the life of the machine. Happy experience!

Thank you so much Steve and Linda. After our fridge stopped getting cold in the wee hours this morning...hoping it was just a misread in the temperature control panel but by the first morning coffee both the fridge and freezer sections weren't cooling and the fridge alarm was going off - something had to be done. Steve and Linda not only showed up within an hour of the call but they also took the time and patience to educate on the importance of not blocking the circulation of the fridge/freezer. The good thing is its just ice build up that that made fridge/freezer fan not be able to circulate the air properly but we also found out that the sensor for the defrost on the freezer was broken. Within an hour everything was fixed and I am so happy to say the fridge is cooling its way down! Amazing service and great team thank you so much for being here in such a pinch!!!

My fiancé and I realized that our refrigerator was not cooling and so we called Cascade Appliance in the morning. They answered the phone right away, and by early evening, they were at our home. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in the same trip. The entire ordeal took about 45 minutes as the coil was completely frozen over. But Steve and his wife were courteous and professional the entire time. Would highly recommend!

On June 13, after a frustrating week of trying to get my fridge repaired, I found the number for Cascade. With in an hour, Steve and Linda came, with the correct thermostat and my fridge is running perfectly. I am ever so thankful for their expertise. This is appliance repair at it's very best.

Our range stopped working this week and we looked on Homestars for an appliance repair company. We saw that Cascade had excellent ratings so we called on Thursday and made an appointment for the next day. Steve arrived right on time and tested the electrical and determined it was a faulty bake element. He thought he might have the right model in stock and sure enough, was back inside of a half hour with the part. Cascade is a very professional and enjoyable company to work with!
