Pat arrived on time and cleaned the Chimney and Dryer Duct quickly, and efficiently. The dryer duct is a tricky one here, and he did an excellent job. Everything was left clean, well cleaned and in much better condition than when he arrived. All my previous experiences with this Company have been fantastic.

Professional, courteous installers who completed the installation ahead of schedule, including clean up and how-to-use instructions. I have also been impressed with the service people and installation management.

The team at Advanpro from the owner to the technician and installer to administration has been a pleasure to work with. Our furnace broke overnight on the Family Day weekend, when we had terribly cold weather. Within 24 hours I had it fully replaced! The technician was efficient in diagnosis and after we analyzed the cost for the part for a 17 year old furnace, we decided it was better to replace it. We received a quote quickly and the installer was able to perform the work the next day. Just this past weekend I had to contact them again about a rental house and rather than sending someone out right away, some self help techniques were suggested and we were able to resolve the issue without a serve call. Advanpro goes above and beyond and I highly recommend them!

We were not sure if our newly installed whole-house humidifier was impacted by the water shutdown by the City that accidentally happened on the next day after humidifier was installed. We arranged for the technician to come in to ensure it was working properly. From the phone call to the company to technician's visit it was an excellent experience!

Will never forget your patience in trying to assist me over the phone. You accommodated us first hour in the next morning to at least make the furnace temporarily work and finish the job later. In our short dealings you made me feel that Advanpro can be trusted. Your service charges are very reasonable where others quoted me at least 2 & half times by other providers. I started recommending Advanpro and will use all your services.

Steve and Tim were 2 of the friendliest and professional guys to come into my home. They made my animals feel comfortable being in their space. I was pleasantly surprised that when they left, there was no sign they were even here except that I could breath better. I will definitely use them again and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
