They were great... Until they got our money. Then we couldn't get any answers out of them regarding our permit or our rebate we were supposed to get. The few times we've been able to get through they just let us know they'll get back to us and then we hear nothing for days.

We were pleased with the service from Advanpro two years ago we called them again. The office staff very efficient in arranging an appointment. Jason and Alvin called before arriving which is appreciated! They were both very professional and efficient getting right to work. They took care of ensuring they didn't disturb our belongings. Their feedback on our system was helpful!

Jason and Kevin did a thorough and very professional job of cleaning our ducts and servicing our furnace system. They were on time, worked cleanly and efficiently, and fully explained each step.

It's impossible to pick a duct cleaner with all the questionable companies out there and stories you hear - took these guys on a reference and I was very happy. Furnace/ducts and sanitization. Pete & Pat are very professional, polite and I wasn't concerned with needing to supervise them; they are efficient and I would recommend.

The equipment is somewhat antiquated however, brush is shorter than I expected so I question how much of the ducting it got and the 'fogging machine' for sanitization kind of just spits liquid at your vents. Things still looked good after they left and the furnace is clean as a whistle.
