Called Stampede Doors when one of our garage doors was closing with a big gap on one side. Same day service within 2 hours of calling. They quickly replaced the cables, noting that one had rusted and broken. Inspected both doors, replaced one roller (free of charge). Awesome guys and great service.

While most of the reviews are 10, I am giving 9 because they had to visit my house twice in a week to fix the problem with garage door. First time, it was identified as an chain alignment issue that got adjusted. Not sure if its related or not, the motor seized in couple of doors after the adjustment. Needless to say, they came down and replaced the motor.

I had a new garage door installed by Stampede Overhead Doors and want to say how efficient, reasonably priced and friendly staffed they are. So nice to have a company who really cares to be on time and provide good service. . Certainly a rarity today!!

My springs suddenly broke. Without the springs I couldn't even force the door open on my own - I learned the springs are also necessary for a manual lift. I called Stampede after reading their reviews on HomeStars. They came right away. The technician was polite and courteous and quick. The job was completed before the estimated time and completed at the price we had agreed upon.

My garage door spring was broken I phoned Stampede Overhead Doors Ltd yesterday morning as it has very good reviews. Jeff answered my phone right away with the best price among two quotes I have, and he told me job can be done within a couple hours. He came on time yesterday at noon, replaced the spring, also lubed the wheels and tighten the hinges on the garage doors. He did an Excellent job!

They were super! As lots of reviews have mentioned, we called and left a message - got a call back right away and they were out the same day to repair the door. It's the great, efficient, friendly service that makes this company great!

Stampede overhead doors was recommended by a friend. I called and left a message this morning at 8:30. Being a Saturday, I wasn't sure when I would hear back but I got a call from Randy at 8:45. He asked a few questions and told me about the $50 weekend surcharge. I didn't want to wait till Monday so he said he could be here between 2-3:00 today. He arrived moments before 2:00 and had the job done in about 20 minutes. Talk about efficient! It's these little things that we take for granted when all is going smoothly to realize how much we depend on them - that includes good business ethics and customer service! From Jeff who did the initial measure up and quote to Mark and Randy who did the garage overhead door replacement, I was extremely pleased with the timely and professional way everything was handled. It was a winter day and and was in rush backing our mini-van before the Garage door was completely open and hit the bottom of the door and made a dent. Also, the Garage door's side chain came out off the railings and the door was not closing. Since it was a cold day and you wanted the door fixed, called up Stampede Door checking Home Stars and man, they had the best Customer service (didn't catch the name of the person), and promised to have someone come check it out in 2-3 hours and they showed up and fixed the issue and surprised with the cost as well. The Garage door is working perfectly and if we need to replace this garage door, it will be Stampede Doors. Would recommend them for their courtesy, professional and awesome attitude. Needs more businesses like Stampede doors. Thanks.
