We live in a 4 storey townhouse (newer complex) that many roofing companies wouldnt dare come to look at because of the size, despite many weeks of me trying to find someone after we noticed a small leak on the side wall of our closet on our top floor. Just when I was ready to give up, by chance, we saw Brad working on another unit one day and asked him for his help. As he was already set up with the other unit, he quickly went right over to our roof, took pictures and came to see where our leak was. Within minutes he was back on the roof and sealed up a part of our firewall which was porely constructed by our builder and also noticed another hole in a vent which he sealed. He then also inspected the front of our house at no additional set up cost and said if we were to continue to have problems to just call him and he would be back to inspect. Since then we have had some very rainy days and everything remains dry as it should. Thankfully we caught him before the winter really sets in. Brad is knowledgable, friendly, and fairly priced. I would recommend his services to any other owner in our unit.
