Replaced 20 year old roof. Thorough explanation of what was to be done. Started and finished on time, on budget. Good job of cleanup after. New roof looks great!

My experience with Guns N Hoses Roofing was exceptional from start to finish.
Neil from the Insulation Department inspected my attic and explained and showed me what the issue was and how they would fix it and answered all my questions in detail. His work as well as the clean up was done with precision. Then Keith came to give me an estimate on the roof, he took video which others had not done to show me exactly what the issues were and what needed to be replaced. He explained things to me that the other companies did not even mention. His crew was polite, fast and very efficient. They too cleaned up after the job leaving zero mess behind. Keith returned to inspect the roof and showed me a final video of the work that had been completed.
Both Neil and Keith were very knowledgeable and so helpful. The price was affordable and I paid exactly what was estimated, there were no hidden fees. It was exceptional customer service and work performed. I highly recommend Guns N Hoses Roofing to everyone.

Kenny showed up to do the assessment and did a video showing us the condition of our roof. He discussed the options and fully explained the work to be done. The quote was very reasonable. The work was done in two days, the crew was very respectful of the surrounding property and the quality of the roof was fantastic. Excellent work all around and highly recommended.

Very professional. Done an excellent installation job. Their clean up was superb. I have not found another contractor that took so much pride in their work and clean up. The follow up inspection with the video was very helpful and a great addition to a job very well done.

We reside west of the Hamlet of Bragg Creek and GnH were quick to respond and attend our home; to provide a thorough inspection for ice daming issues. Neil and Duncan were excellent to deal with, explaining options and preventative measures.
Neil and his crew worked diligently and completed the job without any evidence that they were even there- having had hoses and blown insulation being fed into the attic through the home.
The installation of baffles and the attention to detail to address insulation/home heating concerns were met with great success.
It has been two years for us to review the work performed and we can attest to a 40% reduction of our winter heating bill and a dramatic reduction of any ice build ups.
Neil continues to this date (April 3,2016), to offer excellent customer service. We had an unrelated insulation concern in our garage and emailed the GnH offices to discuss the matter. Neil took to the highway on that Sunday afternoon and once again addressed our concerns.

Keith was very professional and assisted us with complete repair of our roof, siding and metals after a hail storm. He was always available to answer questions and replied promptly to emails. The house looks fantastic and they even went above and beyond to improve ventilation and water drainage at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them!

Neil showed up on time when he said he would, spent some time looking in the attic for himself and asked exactly what I wanted. His explanation of the project was clear and the workmanship was very professional. Neil strikes me as an honest man who does what he says and much more. He insulated all the bath fans, pot lights, attic hatch and ceiling lights and the job was done well, including cleanup. Would recommend his work to anyone who askes.

When we first started looking for a roofing company we decided to get 4 quotes. We had the first company in and felt a little overwhelmed with the terminologies and also felt we were not being heard. In came Guns & Hoses. From the greeting at the door to the presentation we were taken off guard frankly. The owner himself came and gave us material to read and research while he did an actual video inspection of our roof. He then came inside and showed us all the issues and explained them as he went in terms my wife & I could understand. It was friendly. It was comfortable to ask questions and the experience was top notch. We decided on the spot that this was the company for us. We didn't need to research further as all our questions and peace of mind were answered. The actual work started as promised. The crew was friendly and even though they had some hiccups with the skylight they took the time to explain the issue and got it fixed. The owner came back himself and did a quality control check on the work his crew did. He again did a video inspection and showed us the video. That is when he asked the most important question. " ARE YOU SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING?" When we said yes, that is when we were required to pay for the work. Not upfront before the work, but after all parties agreed the work was done to ours and their satisfaction. And the quoted price was what the final price was. No hidden surprises. If you are looking for a great company and a company that provides over the top customer service and workmanship. This is the place. Neil Richmond provided us with a quote to insulate the attic space in our half duplex. After receiving a couple of other quotes and touching base with Neil to further discuss queries we had, we decided to give the job to Neil. He and his partner did an excellent job during the prep phase, installation of product and clean up. R50 Insulation was provided across the entire attic space with insulation dams, air tight sealing that repaired vapour barrier areas around pot lights, as well as, installing baffle vents for positive air flow throughout the attic. The attic door was also upgraded with rigid insulation and weatherstripping for a solid seal. Neil is knowledgeable and informative about product needs and standards. He was very accommodating, easy to work with and presented a very professional manner in all aspects of the job. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent workmanship and customer service.
