Our initial meeting was great and professional. We questioned the negative reviews and they had intelligent and reasuring responses. We went with new shingles and extra insulation added to our attic. When the insulation was being added they stepped where they should not have and after they left we noticed the cracking on the ceiling in the bathroom. We phoned and they came back right away and did a very quick, bad patch job. We were unhappy with the repair and called the next day to find out he was now away for the next month and we never heard from him again. We have now sold, but prior to that we had to fix the patch ourselves.
Regarding the roof; there were some mishaps with their scheduling and crew quitting but they made it out a few days after the initial set date. They were unable to finish and did let us know they needed to come back quick, but we ended up having to call and pester them. We also opted for the sign advertising. We had the sign up for months, and finally put it away in the garage. We had to phone and phone for our sign bonus and finally received a check but it was in the wrong name. We phoned to get this fixed and couldn't believe how rude the woman was about it. Very unprofessional! We were happy with the shingle and insulation job but customer service is half the job!

I'm very happy to hear that you received professional service from our sales guy and that you are happy with the quality of work that you hired us to do (shingle and insulation). I am also very glad to hear that we were very responsive in trying to fix our mistake. I apologize that it was not fixed to your satisfaction, we are not interiors specialists, so normally if we ever need interior work done, we will hire a trusted contractor to complete the work. This crack you are talking about was very small, so my insulation guy took it up on himself to fix it immediately for you himself, instead of waiting for another contractor to do so.
As for the roof, it sounds like there was some miscommunication, and for that I apologize. We have not had any crews quit, so I'm not sure where that information came from. A couple of our crew bosses did have babies last year, and took some time off to help with their new family, so maybe that is where the wires crossed, but I can assure you our crews have been with us for many many years.
As for the lawn sign bonus, those cheques are mailed out 2 months after the job has been paid for in full, provided the information is on the contract, so that the office knows to issue the cheques. The name that the cheque is made out to, is the name that is on the contract.
I totally agree with you that Customer Service is half the job, actually, I think it is more than half of the job, which is why I really do appreciate your review and giving me the opportunity to address your issues.
