1. Large crack in foundation wall. 2. Hydrostatic pressure from underneath the foundation forced water up in my downstairs bathroom between the concrete floor and the toilet and shower drains.

Roy and the crew at Dryshield were great from the beginning. Roy's knowledge and assessment of our water issues was accurate and honest. We had 4 other quotes from companies that wanted to rip apart our finished basement. The cost of refinishing the basement would have been astronomical. The work crew was in, did the work and cleaned up as they left . Problem solved , no leaky basement !!!

Kurtis, Colm and George were really great. They did quality work, dug down deep and finished things really nicely. They also answered our questions clearly and reassured us about any concerns we had. They also worked hard and stayed late to get everything done.
We had an outside basement stairwell drain that complicated matters. Daniel came back out after the job was done and maintained our warranty even though another company worked on our basement stairwell drain. Daniel also did some nice cosmetic finishes when he came back to check on the work. And he did those graciously without any complaints, which we appreciated. Dryshield clearly wanted us to be happy with the job before settling the account which was impressive.

Dryshield Water Solutions responded quickly to my request and scheduled repair on weekend to accommodate my schedule. Anthony was very pleasant to work with and he inspected the areas that I had concerns with and made recommendations. Work on sealing 2 cracks was performed quickly and time will tell how well it will hold. Their is 25 years warranty that gives me assurance that I can start work on finishing the basement now.
