Basement leak

There was a leak in our basement wall that needed repair. Dryshield was able to come the day after I inquired about service. It was annoying that Brian was almost an hour late for our appointment time but he seemed knowledgeable and explained the job to us well.

Brian was very punctual and explained in detail what he needed to do to fix the crack. He had to take the sink apart to get to the crack and he cleaned up after the work was done.

Service was good right from the beginning. Quotation was provided over phone after a brief description. The other companies did not even bother to return my messages!
Anyhow, the person doing the work actually explained his procedure and gave an excellent description and answered all my questions/concerns.
Work was good, and he also looked at few other areas of my basement to make sure all was in good order.
Overall Excellent work.
