Ultimately their price was competitive with quality products, they could schedule us in within a reasonable time period and their online reviews were amazing! Simon was recommended to us by a family friend. We did get quotes from others but when we spoke to Simon we acknowledged that he "knew what he was talking about". His knowledge of the business and terminology only comes from one who is experienced and has done many roofs over the years.

A sudden leak in my bedroom during the 2019 holiday season made me realize that my 25-year shingles installed in 2003 were only going to last 16 years. I did what many people do: I got three quotes. The differences between the quotes was very surprising.

I requested a quote on their website and received a call from Simon the same day. He agreed to meet me the following morning and was right on time. He started off by showing me his credentials (License, BBB accreditation, Certified installer for specific brands, various accolades, etc.). He went through the various shingle options and made some recommendations as well. You can tell he is really passionate about what he does. I wanted the job done as soon as possible as winter is approaching and Simon quickly checked the weather forecast and advised he could accommodate my request.

Simon and his crew showed up exactly as promised and got to work early in the morning. They worked very efficiently as a team and completed the job in less than 8 hours. They cleaned out the place and left it exactly as they found it. I’m very pleased with the new roof.
