Muti Kitchen & Bath

I ordered a Muti Kitchen after we saw a display at the homeshow in Toronto and was also recommended to me by a friend.
I met with Muti in March 2014 and signed off on the final design and paid the deposit in early April with a completion date of 8 to 10 weeks.
I was getting very worried whether I chose the right company – it was difficult to get anyone to speak to you – I was frustrated to put it mildly.
I felt that because my kitchen was only 20k – that I was treated poorly – not an important customer etc.
Finally received a reply on August 08, 2014.
“Please be advised your kitchen cabinets have been scheduled for delivery & install on wed. 08/13.”
There were a number of mistakes done to my kitchen than what was promised.
The initial measurements were all wrong so now my kitchen is not correct.
I had a contractor come in to look at what was done and I need Muti to come back to fix this correctly.
Muti did not measure properly. Everything was too low, my dishwasher wasn’t able to fit into the kitchen.
My issue with Muti is that sales and the installers do not collaborate together.
I know that if the installers were at my condo prior to installing my new kitchen - we would not have had any issues.
So I had to get my Quartz removed so Muti could come back and do the job.
Then get the quartz put back in…more money.
Muti then ran out of product – so had to wait months for them to order.
My kitchen was finally completed on October 7th 2015.
I strongly urge you not to use this company if you actually want a kitchen delivered properly and on time.

I was unaware the bathroom vanities were ordered from China. The expected delivery date was 3 months from the time of my order which was ok based on the timeline of our order. Our ordered products did not arrive until 4.5 months after the order date which was beyond our deadline. At that time we learned that two of the items we ordered were discontinued. It would have been helpful to know something is discontinued when you order it and not when you expect to have it delivered. In addition, the plumbing pieces on the vanities are very poor quality. You could bend the pipes with your own hands. We had various issues with the plumbing pieces and had to incur additional costs to ensure no future problems would occur. When I contacted the owner, he did not care and said he doesn't make much money on the vanities so it was up to us to fix the problems. Although you may save a bit of money on the vanities, it is not worth the waiting of the product to be shipped from overseas only to have problems with it upon installation. There are plenty of Canadian made affordable options. I would not recommend this company, as they simply do not care to provide good customer service to ensure their clients return again or recommend to others.

Sheila Baker is an absolute dream of a designer. Professional and talented in every way. I did a total “open concept” renovation where the kitchen is visible from everywhere in my loft. Muti’s product is certainly the “jewel” of the entire project. Thank you Sheila and team for everything.

We purchased 2 Vanities from Muti for 2 seperate bathroom Reno's. The first Vanity was installed without issue, however, the 2nd Vanity had an obvious defect. After speaking with Muti and sending in pictures, they agreed to replace the countertop and sink basin.

Roughly a week later the replacement was shipped to the Oakville showroom and I was able to arrange to get my trades back to complete the job within a couple of days.

In the second attempt to install the replacement countertop and basin, my trades ran into another defect. Again after speaking with Muti they offered to have a 2nd replacement shipped to their Oakville showroom. At this point, I was expecting something more and couldn't believe they didn't offer to compensate me for all this. After sending an email expressing my disappointment, Muti responded by offering their apology and a $50 in store credit!!...The stress and inconvenience of having to put my project on hold for almost 2 more weeks, having to drive back and forth from Muti to pick up and return 2 separate replacements and having to pay trades for their time to come out and essentially do nothing other than identify defects and to be insulted with a $50 in store credit was probably the worst part of all this. For those that are considering Muti as an option I hope that my experience is an uncommon one.

2 years ago we attended the Toronto design show and fell in love with the Kitchen design from Muti. For 6 months we visited a number of different Kitchen makers and designers, but we couldn't forget the sleek, modern design of Muti. We visited there showroom in Woodbridge, and worked with Justin to create the kitchen of our dreams at a surprisingly reasonable price. He helped us with color scheme, design, and worked together with our appliance store to ensure the perfect fit for all the appliances. He went so far as to provide us with Servo automated door latches, to ensure our glass upper cabinets opened and closed seamlessly, without handles. When the time came for installation, we were equally impressed with their efficiency and precision skills to ensure all cabinets, drawers, and the island fit straight.. The end result is perfection at its best. Our friends are in awe when they see our kitchen. I would definitely work with Justin again, and recommend Muti to everyone looking to create a unique, modern, and elegant kitchen.

Muti Kitchen and Bath is a company I will, and have, recommended over and over again. The kitchen in our new summer home is simply elegant! Apart from the superb craftsmanship, the service Muti provides is prime. I worked with Sheila over the phone and via the internet on the design and she understood my style completely. On installation, the Muti crew were fast, efficient, polite, and cleaned the site upon completion. Muti is a company I've worked with twice now and the level of service and quality of their product rates them top of my list for kitchens and baths. Congratulations on another terrific job!

We had such a positive experience with Muti Kitchens. We absolutely love the Miton Brand that we selected. The quality appears top notch for a reasonable price. The delivery was prompt and the service and installation was very attentive. Justin our designer was very knowledgeable, he believed in his product and had a great esthetic eye. Goran the manager was extremely talented as well in his design contributions
Overall very happy- everything looks fantastic- sleek and modern! perfect!

I saw Muti's display at the design show and fell I love with their products immediately. I visited their showroom in Woodbridge, and was pleased to see that their prices are very reasonable. I bought two vanities for my own home, and ended up working with one of their kitchen designers to develop my dream kitchen. I went with their Italian modern style production line, which ended up taking around 11 weeks. My designer, Sheila, was extremely patient and helpful throughout the design phase. I would definitely recommend Muti to family and friends.
