From the initial meeting with the sales rep, Cory, to the installation, my experience with Magic Windows was better then I could have imagined. Words that come to mind are honestly, timely, professional, thoughtful and expertise.

Recently replaced the windows on our home (30+ windows) and are very happy to date. We've noticed a decrease in the road noise, everyone loves the built-in screens, privacy shades and blackout shades and they look great! Service from rep (Vysan) was great, we received the quote promptly (vs having to chase the other vendors for their quotes), installers (Milan and Zoran) came when scheduled, were courteous, efficient and cleaned up before they left. Would definitely recommend Magic Windows.

Based on a recommendation we received from a friend, we included Magic Windows as one of the 3 quotes we received for our 9 window installation. The features Magic Windows offered such as hidden screens & blinds...high energy efficiency...and ease of operation made our cost-benefit decision simple.
The installation was completed perfectly , and the Installers cleaned up everything ...they also demonstrated the features of the windows...and ensured that we were completely satisfied.

I had an excellent experience with Magic Window when I had my patio sliding door replaced with there Magic window/Door from Conception to Completion”. Lior went to our house and show us the beauty of the product and it was very impressive. The installers are very professional and tidy.

We love our new windows. Magic Windows are priceier than other companies but the built in shades and insect screens are what sold us....such a wonderful feature and truly does make a massive difference with the amount of light that comes into our home when you don’t have to look through a screen...what a transformation!! We were shopping for windows and discovered these at a home show. The sales rep was very professional, informative, to the point and wasn’t pushy like other companies we dealt with. The installers did a good job, they left a bit of a mess behind them and didn’t wear shoe covers, but the job was done quickly. Our bathroom windows were delivered and installed without the frosting on them, so that was a bit of an inconvenience, but the glass was replaced within a few days. We have only had or windows installed for a few weeks now so can’t speak to after sales service or warranty yet but hope and expect there to be no issues based on all the excellent reviews.

We recently replaced 4 window and about 10 a few years ago . Everything was just perfect . we potentially have a couple more windows to replace and will call them again.

Wonderful product and customer service. The windows and blinds exceeded our expectations. We wish we had these installed years ago and would have avoided having to live with an inferior set of windows and all the aggravation they gave. Thank you Magic Windows!

After researching many window and patio door suppliers we chose Magic Windows. We are extremely pleased with their service and unique products. We highly recommend them because they delivered the windows as scheduled and the installers were very knowledgeable and efficient. The windows show quality workmanship and design. In addition, their after sales service and follow up is very impressive.
