Magic

The complete replacement of 30 windows formed part of our 9-month major home renovation project. We shopped around and eventually chose Magic Windows as our supplier based on price, quality and the slim modern look of their windows. We selected mostly in-swing windows that just became available for installation and we couldn't be more pleased with the choice. The installation crew worked around our schedule and were fast and efficient, and the after sales attention has been very good. Wow! Gorgeous, sleek, modern windows! We replaced 12 windows and 2 doors recently. So happy with our investment. The windows look fabulous - we have received many compliments and are already noticing how much more energy efficient they are. Love the easy clean and no crank features. We also opted for 2 window walls - one replaced an existing window, and 1 replaced French doors. They are the wow factor in our main floor living space.
We had a slight issue with one screen but a technician was out promptly to adjust itand its perfect now. Highly recommend Magic for your home.

Really enjoying our new magic wall!! Everyone was great to work with. Best was the customer service response when we had a couple issues with the door after first installation As this was bought during pandemic and there were delays (as with so many others in industry). Only criticism is that our sales rep did not know status of production/installation. We had to always work through/find someone else Would be great if we had one point person as contact that could provide all our questions. Otherwise love our doors! And would highly

Windows and installation/service are 5-star. Our only difficulty with Magic was in getting documentation for the Green Homes Canada Grant.

Magic windows made our dreams come true! We searched for a product where the glass panels could be completely open and pushed aside when we wanted it open, screened when we wanted and needed it screened, and closed and sealed with insulated glass when we needed that. Magic windows was the only company that we could find that could give us everything we wanted and needed, plus more! From our first contact via phone, until the installation of our 2 window walls and 2 windows, Magic Windows covered all of the bases.
David, the salesperson who came to our home listened to what we wanted and ensured that the order was complete and thorough. His presentation using sample windows, screens and blinds, left no stone unturned and all questions were answered. He was great to deal with and followed up when necessary.
Renovations and construction are no easy feat during a pandemic, with supply and workforce issues, but the fabulous Magic Windows team made it happen.

The window walls and screens were installed by highly skilled technicians whose work is meticulous and left our room clean and tidy, after walking us through the use of the windows and window walls.
The window wall screens and shades needed a bit of tweaking after they were installed so a very knowledgeable service person arrived only two days after installations to ensure everything is and runs perfectly.
We could not be happier to have magic window walls and windows complete our new sunroom. We can now have open air when we want it, we can hide from mosquitoes and bugs when we need to and we plan on using the room all year round since the window walls and windows are so well insulated.
Leor, of Magic Windows followed up to ensure that we are thrilled with our investment. The 40 year warranty is very comforting but hopefully not necessary since the products are so fabulous.

If someone is interested in new windows this is the company to deal with. From the very first the salesman was full of expert product knowledge installation time frames and warrantys. The installation crews were great. They took away all the old windows and cleaned up the installation work areas. The only problems we had was a small broken plastic pull on one of the screens and a broken latch on one the the sliding glass doors. These were replaced after six years at no cost. The repair serviceman was great. The only problem we had with within the first week after the installation of the sliding glass doors was the had pull. I spoke to the service department who said the would send someone out to look at it. A couple of days later the owner of the company called to let me know that he would be coming out with the serviceman. On inspection of the handle the owner agreed that the handle could be a better design for the weight of the door. A couple of days later the serviceman arrived with a better designed handle. The owner called again after a couple of days to make sure that I was satisfied with the changes I assured him that I was. I told me that all future door of the design and size of mine would have the better designed handle installed. Great products great service. Steven Sager Toronto

We replaced our patio door with Magic. Although there was a delivery delay (due to covid), we are very pleased with the doors. The installers were very friendly, skilled and sufficient.

Great service and team but our patio door screen had a tear within one month after being installed.
