We had Lancaster install our new furnace and direct water heater. They did an excellent job. Price was competitive, products of good quality. My heating bills have never been so low! Install went smoothly in the timeline promised. Very professional company. Their rep (Cassandra) who gave us our quote looked after our needs during and after install to ensure we were happy.

My furnace was tagged by Reliance with A fault;

Called Cassandra of Lancaster Heating on her cell, within five minutes Cassandra called back, suggested that she is available any time to come and give us options, I decided to sit with her along with my wife, she explained each and every ting minutely. The thing that liked most that Richard her supervisor was also involved, we went ahead the next day and man our Furnace was installed the very next day thanks to Eric and Dan two wonderful Techs. I would recommend Cassandra/ Lancaster to any one, don't look else where

I recently had a furnace installed. I required a cold air return grill to complete the install. I was left 3 different sizes of return air grilles on multiple days and not a single one of the three grills fit the opening. I obtained the correct sized grill after 3 weeks of chasing and following up with the tech. I had to follow up numerous times before I was heard. The individual who answers the phone was not at all friendly or willing to let me speak to a boss regarding my install. No follow up email or call was given for feedback on the install. The 4th grill (correct size) was left outside when I was not home and no effort was made to come back and complete the grill install. Customer service is not the best!

Purchased a new home which did not have an existing air conditioner.
We had Lancaster out to quote on the job, we were very pleased with the options our sales rep Cassandra presented to us. We went ahead with the install, the crew arrived on time and answered all our questions.

Our furnace was no longer running and when we called Lancaster they responded quickly and booked an appointment immediately. The sales rep. was very knowledgeable and kind. She provided a quote right at the visit. I highly recommend Lancaster heating and Cooling. They were fabulous from start to finish! We will definitely be contacting them when we need our AC unit replaced! We HIGHLY recommend them!

Have an older furnace on a competitive service plan. They sent a tech, told the fan motor needed to be replaced and that the heat exchanger was showing signs of failing. I wanted a second opinion so had a Lancaster tech come, he actually took things apart to look at them and everything was fine. They then tried to sell me a new system for over $12,000. I will be leaving them.

Extremely happy with our new furnace and Lancaster Heating. Casandra, our sales rep. was very knowledgeable about her furnaces and competitors. She was a pleasure to deal with and created a non pressure environment. The installers were friendly and efficient installing the furnace in one day.

I just replaced my builders grade furnace and air conditioner with a carrier infinity system. LOVE IT!!
I can honestly say that Lancaster was one of the best contractors I have ever hired to do work for me.
Cassandra was fantastic to deal with. She is Very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain and go over everything with me. Also followed up after the install to make sure I was satisfied with everything.
I couldn't be more happier with the installers. They did an amazing job! They were very friendly and professional. The skill and the quality of the job they did is evident that they truly care about the work they do and want nothing but the best service and install a customer can get. When they were finished they took the time to go over all the features of the system with me. They even left everything spotless! . Amazing and would 100%recommend Lancaster!

After being quoted ridiculously high prices by others, Lancaster came in with an excellent price but then backed it up with incredible service! Their office staff were a pleasure to deal with and their installers were top-notch professionals! I cannot thank them enough for their speed of service and quality as well. If you need HVAC, CALL THEM FIRST!!!

First contact with Cassandra was positive - there was no pressure, she was knowledgeable and answered all our questions, and gave us options to meet our needs.
The installation crew was prompt, efficient, and arrived when they said they would. They went above and beyond to make the ductwork more efficient in our quirky older home. They were friendly, took great care in keeping the house clean while working, and left the installation area completely tidy.
