He took the time to explain our home's cooling and heating system to us and did a thorough job of cleaning all of the duct work in our house quickly and well. He was also professional and courteous. Company representatives were courteous, were willing to listen to requests and cleaning went quickly. I was disappointed they did not re-tape the seal on the duct access they opened to do the cleaning.

It's a little nerve racking watching someone just start drilling holes and makes noises and using a vacuum and compressed air when you don't understand. Or explained each step he was doing and explained the do's and tips to keeping the air quality in my new home as high as I desired.
