I contacted Maple Carpet to order stair runners for our home. I expected I might get an appointment within the next couple of weeks but a consultation was arranged for the following day.
Haneef was very knowledgeable and helped us choose an appropriate style - we were a bit worried about choosing something because we had to find something to match our existing carpet in the basement. Wasn't a problem at all - we easily found a style to meet our needs.
Our runners were installed yesterday and they look fantastic. We have several awkward, weirdly shaped stairs but the carpet was cut to match perfectly. We are very pleased!

After analyzing and measuring up the project and patiently discussing the various product options with me, he presented a reasonable quote with a two week turnaround and promised me that I would be very happy with the result. Taking a leap of faith I placed the order with Haneef and two weeks later the installation was completed meticulously. Haneef asked me to trust him, which I did, and I am delighted with the result. We stupidly bought a rug too large for our dining room and the next size down was too small. We loved the pattern and I finally thought about getting it cut to the size of the room. Maple sent someone out to measure and promised to have it back to us, cut, finished and stainguard protected within 15 business days. When they returned it, Hannif even helped me move the furniture and position it. We were happy with the service and will use them when we choose stair runners.

It was a very pleasant experience working with Haneef. He was on time with his appointment and installation. He had the type of carpet we were looking for and felt the price offered was very reasonable and no mess was left after the installation. Very down to earth people and the job was well done our home feels transformed though it's merely a runner and rug.
