Bill is an amazing carpet cleaner! My wife found him on Homestars and he lives up to his reputation as our carpets look amazing. I always thought carpet cleaning was a standard quality of job but Bill proved me wrong. He is prompt, efficient and went above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend Bill for an carpet cleaning.

Bill has cleaned my carpet several times now, and I have been extremely pleased with the results. Our family includes a dog, a cat and two teenagers, with all the resulting wear and tear on the house that you might expect. Somehow Bill always manages to make the carpets look fresh and clean. He also takes the time to provide helpful advice (and cleaning product) with a goal to keeping the carpets as nice as possible. I cannot recommend Carpet Fresh highly enough.

We first met Fresh Carpet Cleaning after we had new carpet installed by Kensington Floors. They came to our house to deal with some marks on the carpet that were left from the manufacturing of the carpet. The Professional Carpet Stain Removing Product took the stain out immediately! As a bonus (to me) I was left with a container of the cleaner. Over the last couple of years I have used this product on whatever stain is on the carpet - food, liquids, dog urine. This is truly a remarkable product and I highly recommend it. The workman who came to the house was friendly and knowledgeable and if we were still living in Calgary, I would use them for my carpet cleaning needs.

The last time someone came to clean my carpets, you couldn't even tell that he had even been here. I was somewhat skeptical, wondering if any carpet cleaner could be as good as what the reviewers have described. I was happy to find out that the answer is YES. I didn't think it would be possible to get the dirt out of the carpet on our stairs, but Bill proved me wrong. The carpets look like new. Bill was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. There were a lot of stains that we didn't think would come out, particularly in the finished basement, but the results were amazing. It looked like a brand new carpet in the basement, and even the worst stains had been removed. The carpets all over the house looked 100% better than they did before. He is very good at getting stains out that I did not think would be possible! He goes above & beyond with suggestions for fixing carpet issues - such as puppies chewing the edge of the carpet.
