Painters Plus

Upon doing an internet search I came upon Painters Plus and requested a quote. Karin and I had a phone conversation regarding my tight timeline as I had new tenants moving in at the end of that week and had already promised them the keys to a freshly painted place. Karin ensured me the project would be done in time and also helped me choose a nice colour for the walls. I am extremely happy with the paint job Painted Plus completed and will use them again!

Karin had done painting for me before & I booked her to paint my mother in law's apartment. Karin arranged an appointment that week. Painters Plus work was very good and my wife and I were extremely pleased with the workmanship and quality we received.

Karin came by and gave a quote for the the walls, ceilings, frames and trims. The crew worked here for nearly a week and the detail was awesome. Each guy had their own job to do (their specialty??) They were very neat, covered the floors. Karin came around often to make sure all was going well.

I will say, however, your guys were courteous, efficient,clean, and did an excellent job. furthermore, they helped us pull the place back together when they were done, and took their garbage away. That is really nice, and good for you and your people. in the end it's those little things that really do matter. I'd recommend you and your people anytime.

I found Karin to be very professional and responsive. They started and finished the job in the time frame discussed. We did have a problem with the kitchen paint, but it was dealt with immediately and it turned out great. Karin did follow up to make sure we were completely satisfied. Overall it was a positive experience.

It's very seldom that you find a company who delivers what was promised. Painter's Plus is that company.
Karin and her crew provided what I believe to be an outstanding job on my large home. They were punctual, professional and highly skilled in prepping & painting the entire exterior of my 7500 sq. ft home. I've had many experiences over the years with home improvement companies who fall far short on what was agreed to. Karin delivered everything as promised at a very fair and reasonable price!
Her company takes great pride in going above and beyond to complete every aspect of the job to the full satisfaction of the homeowner.

We had almost finished building a brand new house, just under 5000 square feet and needed to get it painted. After receiving a few quotes, we chose Painters Plus. Karin was professional and reliable. The painters didn't leave to finish other jobs as happens in many other trades. The painters were reliable, friendly and willing to work with us to have it finished the way we wanted. We were very pleased with Painters Plus and in particular with Karin herself. Karin came on site to assess and quote and was present during most of the work. We met with a number of companies ahead of time but chose to work with Painters Plus becasue Karin was professional, personable and clearly understands her business. Our facility looks like new again and we highly recommend Painters Plus.

We needed to freshen up the front of our house and looked for a company that would be able to deliver a quality service at a reasonable price. After getting quotes from and meeting with three top-rated companies on HomeStars, we chose Karin and her business and were very happy with the results. Karin's quote was the lowest of the three and she was also able to offer the most for the quote (including painting the small porch roof when other companies had not including nor even suggested was an option. As it turns out this turned out to be one of the best changes to the look of the house). Her final price was exactly the quote she had first given us, no hidden fees, no surprise costs. Price of course isn't everything, and this was not the only reason why we chose Karin in the first place and why I am recommending her here. Karin is a very knowledgable and experienced painter, and it shows. She was nevertheless very easy to talk to and she was not at all pushy (like one other company we met with). She was very quick to respond to any and all of my questions through email. It was very easy to get a hold of her. She made sure she knew our expectations and went over the details of the job carefully at the outset and shortly before painting. She tried her best to get the job done as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we were experiencing very extreme weather (heat, humidity, and thunder showers) during the period she was hoping to start, so there were some delays outside of her control. But she kept me posted, and rescheduled me with notice. Her crew was excellent. Jefferson and Joe did a fantastic job. They were easy to talk to, they asked questions when they weren’t sure (instead of just ploughing on ahead), they took direction well, they were very friendly yet professional, and I could tell that they genuinely took pride in their work. The site was cleaned up at the end of Day 1 and after the job was complete. The end result was a fantastic looking house.
