All Hands On Deck

Andre and his crew did an excellent job building our deck. We are very pleased with the quality of the finished product. We took a chance with 'All Hands On Deck' because we usually only hire contractors we are familiar with. They were a new company to us and we are incredibly happy with the results. Andre and his crew are very professional and hard working. I will gladly recommend 'All Hands on Deck' to friends and family.

Andre did an elevated vinyl deck for us 4 years ago, and we've been very happy with its look and quality of workmanship. It still looks like new, and we've received a lot of compliments on it, including from other professionals in the trade. The only problem was that the glass awning started leaking a year ago. Without much hope, we contacted Andre, just asking him to refer us to somebody who could fix it. He answered 10 minutes later (and it was late at night), and offered to drop by and have a look, even though the awning had been done by a subcontractor whom they were no longer working with. Just a couple of days later, they came and applied caulking to the awning. In the times when you can consider yourself lucky to get a response from a contractor within a week, if at all -- I didn't believe customer service like that still existed. Thank you very much Andre!

Elevated Deck railings and Stairs (40'x12' ) c/w Concrete lower deck.
Workmanship was good, and site was always clean, some delays to schedule, but completed within a reasonable time frame.
Overall we are very happy with the completed project and the work performed.
Communication between client and contractor could of been more detailed and timely during the construction period.

We discussed design ideas with Andre and he was very helpful figuring out what we wanted and what would be most aesthetically pleasing. The work was completed as expected and they did an excellent job on the project.

Andre was great to work with to kick around design ideas, and we ended up with a fantastic additional outdoor living space right off our living room.

The crew was very professional and I liked how they cleaned up as they went along with the project.

There seems to be a disconnect when measuring and ordering. This became true when the railings were not measured and ordered when the deck was complete thus took more time to get here.

Joel is a true craftsman and built this deck to the envision of the owner.
