Upon recently moving to our new home, there were (3) windows needing replacement. I had two companies come out to quote the job and chose Old West for two reasons - the first being how much time and interest shown at the first meeting and second by price. The weeks passed and today our windows were installed. The installers were extremely professional, tidy and experts at what they do best! The windows are beautiful, even the trim work was exceptional. I will be needing two basement windows done come the summer next year and will be engaging Old West again. The job of replacing all my windows was done very efficiently (less than a day). The crew that worked on the project were very friendly and professional. One screen was missing on the day of installation but it was delivered and installed within the week. Had several quotes and Old West was most reasonable and Rick was very helpful in deciding which windows to select.
