Excellent work. All the windows and doors were installed in a single day. The crew did a great job and there was no mess left behind.

Not only was Old West Doors the lowest of the several bids I received, but the crew that did the work was exemplary, both in workmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

We were recommended to contact Old West Windows for window replacement. I was shocked when the owner himself Rick was at my door to provide my quote. You just don’t see that anymore. Rick is extremely helpful in answering any and all of your questions. He provided a quick education to me on windows and ever after he left my house and I had other companies come to provide their quotes, I called Rick to ask additional questions of him. He had no hesitation on explaining different methods of window replacement and items that I should keep an eye on should I decide to go with one of their competitors.

Once all the quotes were in hand, I contacted Rick and he was able to work with us on adjusting his quote. While it was still more expensive than other quotes, I knew where I wanted my investment to go towards. The communication regarding questions about and signing of the contract were answered in a timely manner and were always very upfront with no hidden costs. The work was competed as per their estimated time, and clean up after install was truly professional.

Not only would I recommend Old West Windows, but I hope that we’ll be able to work with them again once we are able to replace the remaining windows in our house.

Old West Windows and Doors were amazing to deal with. There professional service, quick quotes and quality of products were the best. We used them for windows on a insurance claim and a basement renovation. Both times we were given exactly what was promised, hard to find with most contractors. The jobs were done on time and budget. It seems there are a few window and door companies around but I would use these guys again without question. Local family business that really does care.

The installation was professional. They certainly have the experience to freshen a 30 year house that had a wooden patio door. Definitely recommended and we will call upon them for future upgrades.

Service was really good. All the guys were really nice and kept us informed of the installation and any problems etc.The 2 large windows in the bathroom were glass blocks and were taken out previous to install and replaced with plywood. All were attentive to keeping things clean and working with care. Which is appreciated!

We were looking to replace the windows of a1950's bungalow. We got several estimates but chose Old West because we were impressed with Rick's professionalism and knowledge.
