A Better Way Plumbing was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are a contractor for the Energy Efficiency Alberta program so they were able to help me save almost $1000 on a new Tankless water heater for my home. They dod a great job, were knowledgable, friendly and hassle free! They left their work area clean and showed up when scheduled. I will definitely be using them again!

I called Jason to come and take a look at a slow draining tub I had at my place in Chestermere. Jason took the time late in the evening to come out for a minor problem of a clogged drain. He was friendly and professional and took the time to explain what was going on. I would and have recommended Jason and A Better Way Plumbing.

Our single outside tap had to be disconnected because the plumbing for the tap interfered with cabinet placement (cabinets trumped tap) so we took this opportunity to have two outside taps installed like a normal home. The plumber who did the kitchen reno was unavailable to do this job on our short timeline (before the long weekend) so I called Jason & he was able to come out that day for an estimate & the next day I set a time with Rachel for a few days later. He & his crew did a very good job. The taps look of better quality than "builder grade", the cost was very reasonable and we know have two outside water sources!

Jason was the only one of the plumbers I called when my hot water tank was leaking and flooding my basement to make it a priority. He kept me informed and quickly came out to look and make sure it was handled in order to fix it later. He rocks and made a bad day much easier!

I called Jason after reading reviews here and explained my problem of low hot water pressure due to scale build up. we agreed on a time he would come by and he was there right on time. He knew right away where the issue was and within 20 minutes he cut out the pipe that was plugged and replaced with a new connection and I was back in business. Best plumbing service call I have had. Would definitely recommend him and the price was very reasonable.

Jason as his associate came by to do an assessment of a blockage I was having with my dishwasher. This problem ended up being one that would require an appliance specialist, but he still stuck around and helped me with some other drainage issues and troubleshooting tips free of charge. These guys were punctual, polite, engaging, and overall super friendly. I will not hesitate even a second to call A Better Way for any issues I have in the future, and look forward to chatting with them again.

Our old toilets started having sewer smell coming from the bowl and had to replace them. A Better Way Plumbing was fast, efficient, and a good price. They can out for a free consultation and later came back to remove our old toilets (2), removed the old seals, augured the lines, replaced the seals, and replaced with two new toilets. I was told that using those blue pucks can void warranties so I no longer use them. During the removal process, one of my old toilets leaked the blue water everywhere, but the guys cleaned it up immediately and effectively (couldn't even tell it happened)! 10/10 would definitely use again and recommend to all friends!
