We had recently sold our home of 23 years and I asked Mona Cleaning Service if they could provide someone to help with the final cleaning on short notice. They made great effort to do so and Daniel, the young man they sent, could not have done a better job. He was thorough, cordial and did not stop working from the minute he arrived. Absolutely no complaints.

This review is for the Dynamic Cleaning Duo Tracy and Casey! Not only are they very attentive to my needs but they see needs where I don't!!! But most importantly TO ME is they're respect and love for my 5 year old son. If they see some 'project' he's working on they always text me to ask what they should do I.e. Dismantle or leave it and work around it. They have NO idea how much he loves that they think about him to ask.

I'm one of the ones who has hit the baby boom stage with my parents. My mother who was a strong independent women had her strength, independence and dignity taken away from her due to Diabetes. Within one year both her legs had to be removed. Being the only girl in the family with two older brothers I had to take the responsibility of downsizing my parents. My father who is a strong 86 year old man is now taking care of my mother along with cooking, grocery shopping and washing clothes. Cleaning was out of his schedule. I was refereed by a friend to call Mona Home Cleaning. They came to the house and I have to say. They did a fantastic job. The two ladies Olny and Norie who came to the home were very empathetic to my needs and did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the service and recommend it highly. The have taken a load off my back. Thank you!!!!!

This was the first time using the service which is totally eco friendly and they went over and above. It began with the engaging welcome email, continued with Mandi in the office who was great with coordinating the schedule and completed with Donna, Daniel and Craig who were friendly and polite. They cleaned thoroughly, offered to walk through before leaving and were even hitting the little spots at the end. They saw the "dirt" and made sure it was gone. This is by far the best cleaning service that I have ever used and I would highly recommend MONA (love that it stands for Mother Nature).

Thanks to Norie & Only for your help with our recent move out cleaning. They are professional and meticulously cleaned our home. Moving can be stressful but not with Mona's cleaning! I will definitely recommend my friends to Mona's cleaning.
