I have had several cleanings from This company and they were great-depending on the cleaner some were more thorough then others. Then Raphelia came to my last cleaning and she was absolutely incredible. My house had never been so clean. She is so hardworking and a dedicated to doing whatever you need. I wish I could have her every week. She is truly wonderful and sweet.
Monas admin staff have always been very accommodating as I had a few last minute cancellations due to having a newborn and therefore erratic schedule!

I hired Mona's cleaning service as a gift for my mother, who has a large home that is a lot of work for an older person to manage. The expectations for both sides were clearly laid out in advance and there were no surprises. Indira is the cleaner who came to do the job, and she was friendly, punctual and efficient with her time, and did a very thorough job. My mom and I were both really impressed by her and would happily hire her again.

After having Norie and Judith from Mona's come into our home and complete a Superior Cleaning service, I do not know why we did not do this sooner. We were thrilled with the results of the major cleaning that they did. They worked hard, were very detailed in what they cleaned and very professional. We were so happy and relieved to end the work week and have a clean home waiting for us. For us it was also key that there were no strong chemical smells left behind as they use natural, safe cleaning products - important for a family with allergies.
