I have been using Mona cleaning service over the last 2 months after my previous cleaner moved away from the area. Monica is my regular lady - love her. She understands the level of cleaning that I require and open to feedback. At a point in time, I noted certain areas were not dusted properly and wrote an email to Arlene/Mandy. Monica offered to come by the next day to clean the areas! This week she came with Nori and they are both awesome!
Arlene and Mandy have been very helpful as well with my emails and to pass on my messages to Monica.
On top of the great service, I love the fact that they are using natural products to clean my house.
Overall I am happy with Mona and I would recommend Mona to all my friends!
