On a purchase of our new to us house (30 year old house) I was looking to have the ducts cleaned. On recommendation I called “The Duct Cleaning Specialists”, and from the first contact I was very impressed with the professional yet friendly attitude. Made an appointment for few week ahead. They asked multiple question about my place (how many floors, vents…etc.), and made it very simple to understand. Prior to the appointment day, I received an email from Paul, reminding me that they are coming the next day to perform the service. Next day the crew came on time. Very nice to see. They inspected everything, provided a detailed explanation of what they will do, and went to work. Paul also stated that the ducts looked as if they were cleaned prior to this visit, but only the easy parts/runs. He spent the extra time to get into the difficult ones/runs to make sure all was cleaned properly.
Once they were finished the duct cleaning, they put everything back and fully cleaned up after them self’s.
Friendly attitude and professional demeanor. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future.
As a side note, they even shoveled the snow in the driveway so they could get in. Without complaining :-)
