I contacted Royal York Roofing to repair a roof that was replaced 7 years ago. The previous contractor did a terrible job, they took our money and ran. After this bad experience I researched flat roof construction and interviewed many contractors. When Vitally Goshovskyy from Royal York Roofing inspected our roof he said it could not be repaired. He explained the issues and detailed the correct installation methods. I knew he was our roofer. His team showed up on time, They were very polite and very knowledgeable. During the work we had rain and high winds. His team made sure the roof did not leak and all material was held tight. The attention to the little details gives us the confidence that our roof will last a long time. I would highly recommend Royal York Roofing .

Amazing crew!
We had problems with the funky smell in a bedroom under the flat roof and called several roofing companies to get quotes. Nobody was able to pinpoint the problem. We looked at the Royal York profile and decided to give it a try based on the fantastic reviews. Vitaly came to give us a quote. He was able to pinpoint the problem with the flat roof within minutes (and that was confirmed once the old flat roof was removed and we were able to see the damage), went over the project scope step by step and impressed us with his knowledge, problem solutions and detailed explanations. He provided the quote within 15 minutes.
The roofing crew was amazing! Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. They were such a pleasure to have around. They made sure they protected all the floors and the backyard before proceeding with any work. Vitaly is a great project manager. He visited the site several times each day and went over what had been done and next steps so we felt really informed ad in control of our project. The forecast called for rain and the company sent more people so that the project would not be stopped midpoint. When the project was finished there was not a single nail left. They even swept our neighbours' driveways. Everything from day 1 to completion was perfect and they exceeded our expectations.We give them a sincere 10 +out 10 and highly recommend them! I am really satisfied with their services and the work they do. They do have a reasonable prices and i would recommend them to all my friends. The price was right, the work was done very well - I love my new roof, and very fast that was surprising.

Just wanted to give credit to RYR for their professionalism and honesty. I recently had my aged garage roof replaced.The experience from my initial call to Catherine and subsequent meetings with Vitaliy were seemless and a positive experience. The roof replacement cost was reasonable and the workmanship was of high quality. The installation crew was respectful of my property but more importantly of my neighbours. They cleaned up afterwards and were courteous and accomodating to any of my inquiries. RYR called me back the same day, arranged an initial meeting for a quotation and met all their commitments promptly, to that I would highly recommend them to others.
