A&A Masonry

The A&A guys were on-time, on-budget, and very friendly.
The chimney looks great, the foundation cracks were fixed, as were the window sill bricks.

My only concern (which was immediately rectified) was that the there was no caulking put back to cover the gap between the window sill bricks and the metal flap. There was a huge storm, and some water came in (luckily we were in renovation, and so it was fixable).
A&A (Andy) quickly sent someone out to caulk, and that fixed the issue (no leaks since).
After caulking, Andy mentioned that they don't believe there was caulking there before their work, but I did point out that every other window sill (OTHER than the ones that were worked on) had old caulking on it.

Overall I'm very satisfied with A&A. That little detail was the only sour point, and one which COULD have been a bigger issue had we actually not been doing full blown renovations.

I'm sure this was an isolated case, but wanted to share that, so that the next person who doesn't know what to look for during the post job inspections at least knows this much.

I ASKED A&A IF THEY CAN FIX MY MOM'S 100 YEAR OLD HOUSE'S CHIMNEY,THEY SAID SURE THEY CAN.FROM THE TIME THAT THEY CAME OUT TO ESTIMATE THE JOB TO THE TIME THE JOB WAS DONE THE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW WHAT TO DO AND THEY ALSO KNEW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF A PROBLEM WHEN IT OCCURRED (WITH A 100 YEAR OLD HOUSE , ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN). WHILE DOING THIER JOB THEY NOTICED PART OF THE ROOF NEEDED TO BE FIXED BEFORE THEY FINISHED THE CHIMNEY, SO ANDY RECOMMANDED A ROOFER WHICH HE KNEW AND THE ROOFER DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE ROOF REPAIR... I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH A&A MASONARY THEY KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON THE STEP BY STEP PROGRESS TO KEEP ME INFORMED SINCE I HAD TO BE AT WORK AND I COULD NOT BE THERE TO SEE THEM WORK. ... TO THE CREW AT A&A KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK AND I WILL BE CALLING YOU IN THE WARMER WEATHER TO HAVE SOME WORK DONE AROUND MY HOUSE. THANK-YOU

Needed some stone work done to complete the home we were working on. A&A came in and not only fixed some of the work done by the previous mason, but also did a great job on the new stone cladding for the front steps of the home. The owners were thrilled.

Brad assessed the job & gave us an estimate. He [A&A] was the only company, from whom we obtained an estimate, who explained our options for the repairs we needed.
The job was done in a very timely manner & the final cost was exactly the same as the estimate.
Joe & Kyle showed up every morning at 0730 hours & worked full days until the job was completed. These two young men were professional, knowledgable & courteous. At the end of each day, they cleaned up our work area & any affected areas on our neighbour's property. They even did additional caulking that was not on the original estimate and at no extra cost to us. I would definitely use the services of this company again.

These guys were fantastic. Believe the reviews! Dan came in to quote the work and explained everything to us. He made sure we weren't doing work that wasn't necessary where he could have tried to take advantage of us. Within a week they were in to do the work. Dwight was there first thing in the morning and did an incredible job. Neat, tidy and courteous...could not have had a better experience. First class from beginning to end.
