Hello Sam, Thank you for your message & good to work with you and neighbours on this... To clarify for anyone reading this the project was completed in Mississauga, Ontario and we do not service the Ottawa area but work all over the GTA.

Appreciate your feedback, although when using Heavy Duty Equipment needed to do the job correctly and ensure Fence is there for decades to come, we do not rely on sub-trades but rather send out our own

In House:

-Post Crew Team
-Concrete Truck Crew
-Fence Install Specialists

All separately to do the part of their respective install allowing for specialization and efficiency.

Using the needed Heavy Duty Equipment means inevitably some grass wear/disruption is a reality and although this is part of the construction process and we are not able to avoid this completely or remediate this, it is a reality when ensuring installations are done for the long term... From Post Depth to Professional Concrete Truck being used with correct formulas for outdoor fencing

Good working with you and thank you for taking the lead in working with and organizing your group of neighbours. With 30 + Homes participating, it can be challenging to get all on the same page. Getting all detailed, timely and accurate information is key and glad we could take over the communication to the group once all information we required was sent over. From that point on things moved efficiently and as always the organization and getting all to sign off is the more time-consuming part... Once that's done, we do what we do best which is to build the fences efficiently and ensure all is done to a high standard to ensure our fences will be there for decades to come!

The Process can take some time, but ultimately if the group of neighbours are united, working together and able to get us the information we require, we can always move to the next steps efficiently while keeping all in the loop on the process, every step of the way.
