Andrew is incredible! He is very prompt and punctual and always eager to help! I have dealt with many companies in the past where I had to harass them to come out after a snowfall - Andrew however is reliable and professional. Very happy with his service!

Andrew responded quickly to my appeal for help (!) and then ensured that my large perennial garden was made to look lovely once more. He removed dead trees (planted by a previous gardener in a place where there was no sun), divided perennials and made several recommendations for improvements that I can implement over time. He has continued with weekly lawn/garden service and the yard has not looked better in many years. I absolutely recommend the service provided by Andrew Stonehouse.

Stonehouse was hired for spring cleaning. Andrew was easy to get in touch with and an excellent communicator. He answered my questions in a timely manner and he and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent job of spring cleaning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for this type of work.

My only minor disappointment was that he didn't recommend any improvements to the garden area as a few plants are in bad shape after our harsh winter, etc. However, I assume this isn't a service they offer so I will need to find a plant expert.

Andrew is absolutely fantastic. Stonehouse was hired for spring cleaning, and our lot being a corner lot was in quite a mess. A lot of debris from sidewalk traffic, and even piles of dog poop accumulated over the winter. Not to mention, our garden(s) were in complete disarray and overgrown with weeds. To add to the mess, the ice storm this past winter dropped a bunch of branches and such in our back yard.

In the span of just 1 day, Andrew turned the property around. He did a detailed spring cleaning job - a full lawn cut with edging, hedge cutting, debris cleanup, de-weeding a plot of gardon + 2 flower beds and general maintenance. I have never seen it this clean, this well pruned and cared for in such great detail. Stonehouse is worth every bit and I have not experienced such level of professionalism, cleanliness and quality of work for our property in the time that we've lived here. Andrew is a true professional and cares about his work deeply. His work ethic and the end results speak for itself. It is like the property was reborn--it is that good now. Highly recommended. I see no reason to seek any other partner for property care.

I've never met Andrew at Stonehouse Property Care personally, I found him through Homestars and talked to him via email, and he comes across as a straight shooter. I hired him to take care of my Mother's lawn out in East York since I live in Guelph and can't do it for her on a weekly basis. His crew literally goes in first thing in the morning once a week and leaves an immaculate lawn for my Mom when she gets up. She likes them because they're out of her way before her day even gets started, and they make sure her lawn looks great for when her senior luncheons take place in her backyard in the summer. Good team.

We are wrapping up our snow season with Andrew and were nothing but happy with him! We also worked with him last summer for our grass cutting and he's provided consistent great results. Its so nice to come home to a clean cut beautiful lawn after work and not worry about an extra chore on the weekend! Looking forward to another grass cutting season with these guys.

Stonehouse went above and beyond, did professional work on lawn care and general up keep of property. Cut back overgrown yard, regular trimmings and provided maintenance on the house itself. He took initiative and delivered with care.

I called Stonehouse Property Care based on Andrew's ratings from HomeStars. Gave him the approx. size of my lot and he gave me a price for a sprinkler system for the property. He then visited my property to confirm a materials list, etc. Sprinkler installation was great and he installed on short notice. After the system was installed for 6 weeks I accidentally ran over one of the heads with my lawnmower on too low a setting. Head was damaged beyond repair. Andrew came back on a long weekend and replaced the head for free plus added an additional head to my back lawn for $50. Unfortunately a year after the work was completed we had our fence installed and it turns out that the water lines and some of the sprinkler heads were installed outside our property line even though a lot survey was provided prior to the work being started. Now need to have major repairs done to the system and Andrew is asking me to pay additional money for this significant error. Have to have another company come in and repair. Very disappointed. Will most likely need to take this to small claims court to recover the extra money I lost to repair the damaged hose and heads.

I found Andrew through Homestars and am ever glad that I did. He communicated with us so well about what the finished product would look like and asked our opinion along the way, as well as gave his professional opinion. I appreciated that immensely. The work was done flawlessly and efficiently (despite the never ending rain). I have a beautiful backyard that I'm not afraid to walk in and fall in a random hole!
