I recently purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from IRFAN - A Plus Air Systems Inc - (Home Depot). I would highly recommend working with Irfan, you always know how good a company is when something goes wrong. In our case there was a mix-up in the date of the install. Irfan resolved the situation promptly and offered us Home Depot gift card for the inconvenience. The workers who came worked hard, from 9:30 am to 8:30pm on a Friday.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the employees and the manager who kept in good communication with me throughout. I highly recommend A Plus.

Paid $4630 for a 3 tonne Trane AC. Concerned with installation quality, emailed pictures to A Plus, the commented they were surprised by the poor quality workmanship. Took 6 weeks to come back and fix the problem. Told by sales associate that he had mailed in $400 rebate at time of sale. Followed-up 20 weeks later with A Plus, they didn't send it in, they mailed it to me to send it in only after I called. AC installed May 8/14, paperwork from A Plus for rebate received Oct 2/14, looks like I'm waiting 36+ weeks for my rebate. Poor customer experience with A Plus.

I called Home Depot for a quote on a Generator and this company is their authorized installer. Steve Thomas called me and was very knowledgeable in the product. Everything was done to code and the job was done in one day. I am very pleased with Steve and his team who came out that day. Ismail and Ken the installers were there to listen and get the job done the best they could.

I purchased an Air Conditioning System Unit from A+ Air Conditioning. The sales representative was Irfan. He was very informative and advised on the best system to purchase. I am very pleased, he was very professional and he gave us a good price.
The installers were very punctual and were very clean.

I initially contacted three (3) Heating & Cooling contractors from Home Stars to provide me a solution and costing for lack air flow in my Triplex in Toronto; as I had an old mid-efficiency furnace. Out of the three (3) consultant; Irfan from A Plus Air Systems was able to provide me with the best and most cost effective solution. His customer service was great; but his honesty and exceptional knowledge is what made me trust him and give him my business. I financed at 0% a Trane high efficiency (97%) furnace. The installers were great, on-time and knew exactly what they were doing.

An amazing deal as it cost me zero out of the pocket and the borrowing cost was nothing. The Gas savings alone will reduce my costs by half.
